Burke Files 150 Million Dollar Lawsuit Against Werner Sptiz???

The more I think about this case, the more I believe that JR & PR staged the whole scene to also keep Burke from realizing what he'd done. So that there was this alternate reality where he really hadn't killed his sister, she was kidnapped at some point after that and killed by someone else. Like they were saving him from even recognizing the consequences of what he'd done. That may be why they were worried about some future point where he'd remember his own actions and have problems. If they created this alternate reality, then they didn't have to worry as much about him spilling the beans, since they would have told him that what he did was not important and that JonBenet had been killed by someone else. But by now, he must have at least some idea that there really was no intruder after all...

Interesting...

Sounds like some LW stunt. He's probably now filing suit against them too! [emoji35] LW isn't going to be happy until his own clients are under the jailhouse. He's begging for a jury trial practically. I say give it to him. These are seasoned investigators and they wouldn't say their opinions without good evidence. Toodle loo BR and JR. Hopefully you get the hell sued out of you right back. Including LW.

LW, JR, and BR must be feeling pretty good about now. They seemingly got Real Crime Profile to cancel this weeks podcast and got the earlier shows taken of the internet. And the folks at Real Crime Profile didn't even give an explanation - unless you consider, "Due to circumstances beyond our control... RCP is taking a break this week and won't be posting an ep," an explanation.

Dangit. They (the experts) want the discussion out there so this crime is solved. :( I hate that the Ramsey's are blocking them at every turn. It sure is telling if you ask me. Obviously they don't want this case solved. So sad too. If Spitz gives up too then there will be no chance at Justice for JonBenet. I hope Spitz hangs on like a pit bull.

Hmmm. I can't find the later Real Crime Profile podcasts with Jim Clemente and Laura Richards anymore. 36 is there but where is 37, 38, 39, and why no new 40? Is this more of Lin Woods handiwork?

I've checked all the usual places, too. Nothing. I wouldn't doubt that it has something to do with Woody. But is it from him or in reaction to him? By that I mean, are they keeping quiet so as not to give too much away before the suit? Which would be a smart move.

Far as I'm concerned, that would be too GOOD for them!

OHHHH great point Dave! Maybe they ARE just trying to keep evidence from the Ramsey's. Not wanting to show their hand quite yet. Especially since the CBS suit is pending.
All I have to say is "Go CBS go CBS!!!:rockon::cheer::cheer:"

It's too bad more people in this case didn't follow their example!

I'm right on the cheering squad with you, PL.

Reminds me of this clip from the movie 300.
"The world will know that free men stood against a tyrant. That few stood against many. And before this battle was over, that even a God-King can bleed."

This one hits much closer to home for me:

I hate him, too.

There are millions of RDIs, Mr Wood! You cannot sue us all!

I tried to tune in as well this week, to listen to the latest episode, and assumed it had all been taken down by LW, JR and BR. It's frustrating and maddening that they are still able to control and censor everything like this. I can only imagine how Jim Clemente, Laura Richards and the others must be feeling- they must be livid, and probably quite scared by the threats, especially after what's happened to Dr Werner Spitz. It looks like, sadly, they are the latest to be added to the (very) long list of people that LW and JR have threatened and cowed into silence in the last 20 years!

The CBS show already played their conclusions as safe as they could, in my opinion, rather than necessarily going for the full picture, as well as cutting 2 hours from the footage. And now this! To be honest, though, this sudden frenzy of threats from LW and JR makes me think that, just maybe, they are trying to stop it all emerging because it's finally getting the closest to the truth after all these years- to me, it's very telling.

I hope I'm wrong, but I fear that Jim Clemente, Laura Richards, Spitz and the others may come to seriously regret involving themselves in the Ramsey case. So sad. Meanwhile, I'm glad I managed to listen intently to their podcast episodes on the case up until this week. I don't think there's going to be any more opinions or information put out into the public arena from them from now on, unfortunately.

Jmo.

I'm so sick of their suing everyone. It's ridiculous! Let the experts do their job and find the killer. If it's you, JR and BR, and you're innocent then prove it. I hope Spitz refuses to give in. It's time someone had the balls to go for it.

But they not only stopped the series of podcasts, they also took down the old ones after they let those cats out of the bag. So I'm thinking more is afoot than just keeping info from Rs.

They didn't finish the podcasts on JonBenet - they were just starting to get into the stuff they barely covered on the CBS show.

I still have episodes 36 and 40 of Real Crime Profile downloaded. I've saved them, but not sure how I can share them. If anyone wants them, let me know and I'll try to figure it out.

36 is still available to everyone.

You could share an audio file by uploading it to soundcloud or something similar or use google drive. If I did such a thing I would be careful about who I gave a link to the file to.

What I remember most about 40 is that Jim Clemente got a bit upset when, Lisa?, compared the CBS show to the other shows and Jim wanted to make clear that there was no real comparison between the shows. I don't recall any bombshell news being released in these podcasts - but they were certainly driving a certain perspective.

Did anyone learn anything new from these podcasts?

I don't quite remember which number podcast it was, but Jim Clemente mentioned there were remnants of tea in the tea glass found on the dining room table. If true, the glass was not out on the table simply for the purpose of depositing the tea bag, it was used for the purpose of drinking tea. This points to BR even more, IMO, as he was the "resident tea drinker" and fingerprints belonging only to him were found on the glass.

BBM: I agree. It's like poker. You're not going to reveal your high cards, especially your aces, at this point.

I wonder if they found fingerprints on the tea bag tag too. Surely it was tested right?
