Lawyers -we are criminal lawyers-we need evidence-

Well why don't you go to the morgue then.

Hi triggermy dear

just look at the pictures by the car of families relatives in a shot out rental car

Exactly. We are living in a fantasy world if we think the powers that be are doing proper background checks on people that they should be. There are plenty who slip between cracks. The intelligence powers of this nation have been handcuffed in many ways. I wonder when we wil make the corrections the American People need and deserve.

All we need to do is think of the horrid brothers who pulled off the Boston Bombing. We got several warnings about them from Russian intelligence and others, and yet we 'closed the case' on them and let them do their dirty deeds.

Can I say this?

I'm sad tonight. It's been awhile since I've felt this bad.. But I am DUMBFOUNDED, STUPEFIED, at how we are being asked to tip-toe around Muslims, not all, but some? WHICH ONES?!!!

When my son first enlisted, we agreed to disagree. Oh... we both felt the war in Iraq was a mistake, but he strongly felt he had the skill, and level headedness to help those young men of his generation, that were already there, as well as help protect us, here, from the inevitable...I didn't want him in the Armed forces, but I respect his choice. He's a fine man. Believe me when I say, parental prejudice aside, we all have, at least, one fine human being, looking out for us.

People asked me, "How do you sleep?". You don't, at first. But you learn to sleep, and eat, and breath... And after a while you learn to live, love, and laugh...More deeply than you ever have in your whole life.

Every time I see, in the news, a young man, on his knees, in an orange jump suit...

I could just smack those, " Refugees Welcome" people silly!

You want to feel good about yourselves. You want to be charitable? You want to bring some comfort to someone who's life is on the line?

Send a piece of mail to a GI. Christmas card... A good luck charm, a post card, a note even..

I don't post to offend anyone. But if you don't want to face reality, good luck to you, when reality is in your face.

I

Thank your son for me!

The fear is certainly understandable in light of not being able to tell who's a terrorist and who isn't, or who is on the cusp of becoming one. Fear rules and fear can destroy, that much is fairly certain.

I remind myself that everyone who came to this country was a 'refugee' of one sort or another. Some with more means than others. This country was formed by people escaping the rule of the British and the various burdens upon them. Ellis Island later became symbol of American freedom for millions of people, who came to this country from all over the world in the decades that followed, to be free and have a better life. Just because we might be 3rd or 4th generation Americans doesn't mean our history as a country is somehow erased.

I know an entire populace that practices a religion aren't all terrorists. Or even most. The few (thousand) who have turned toward this twisted version of a cause are hurting not only the people they attack, but also the people who practice the religion as it's meant to be practiced, which btw, is NOT about death, destruction, terror, or anything these nutjobs are doing.

does anyone know exactly what part of the scenario the bright yellow car would have been played out ? A bright yellow car crusing around when there is blood , dead people, sprinlers , fire alarms , why would need a remote car ?

San Bernardino shooters’ family attorney says Farook “actually had the stomach flu” and were going to the doctor morning of shooting

Ha...I saw the pept0-Bismal on the counter. Made me think he had a nervous stomach from thinking about his mission.

Just an FYI: The average weight of an AR15 rifle with needed add-on's (scope/grip/sights/etc...) weighs aproximately 9.8 lbs..

There's an agenda here and I think it's huge. I pray it will be revealed for what it truly is and not for what is being sold to us. Be safe friends!

If that news interview inside the apartment showed the drivers license of Mom then doesn't that mean she lived there with the 2 murderers?

If anyone lived with those 2 then they would have had to see all the action in the garage with people coming and going. It was a bomb factory according to some reports. So anyone living with those 2 would have had to suspected something was going on.

And on top of that I don't think they were the only 2 in the area ready to commit these types of crimes. The media is making it sound like "that's all folks" We got the 2 and its over.

Sorry but I don't believe it. I think there are others that helped them prepare and I think its very likely there could be other like minded murderers ready to strike. We can start by finding who bought the other 2 weapons and gave them to him.

Tour of #SanBernardino shooters' home raises legal, ethical questions

Lindstrom replied, "I would tell them don't touch anything. You can take pictures. I wouldn't touch anything. I wouldn't move anything and I would be very careful where you stepped."

Lindstrom says though the landlord owns the apartment, the items inside belong to the suspected shooters' family, which did not give permission for anybody to go through those personal belongings.

o much CYA and evidence sabotage in my life as in this case.

yes that was what was so neat about Paris -- they owned it (everyrone knows it ) if you crash your car into a pole and then try not to say your repsonsible

France owned it , took amazingly huge steps , in 4 hours , and had amazing sucess they foiled the next attack

they did not do we are getting a committee together to discuss the commitees comittee response

they took action !

and here officials are still trying to figure out what happened

its flat out stupidity

admit you all messed up, and start working on how to do it better

pretty quickly folks .....its all about money here and congress --- they are on vacation now guys

The 'agenda' is to create fear and paranoia. Not from the U.S., from the terrorists, you know, the people who grabbed their huge assault rifles and went on a planned rampage. And it sure is working, especially if someone was already halfway there to conspiracy land. Full-tilt tin foil hat syndrome is on the rise.

Yup. And her baby weighs more. Easy peasy.

Why do I get the feeling that these attorneys are looking to the future for a possible lawsuit payout?

what could they sue for ? I mean there family member were shot dead out of the car -- they did it

questioning them is reasonable - in the beginning - leave it alone focus on how you guys can do better in stopping it before it starts IMO what a waste of money to keep asking family to rat out a family member

not gonna happen move on govt its a stall for taking responsibility that they got " away " with it that simple ......

figure out how to prevent missing the next one

The reason I think this is much bigger than a single attack is the fact that they destroyed electronics that had a digital trail, but left the bombs in the garage.

They had a hatchet in the utensil drawer? oh

If your a terrorist you have to have one of those handy while cooking dinner. Never know when you need to chop someones head off.

Regarding the Lawyers, You know what part I flat out don't believe? The part where he says the Mother of shooter didn't know about the bomb making because she stayed upstairs. Ok this would be the first mother-in-law ever to mind her own business. I'm not joking either. I bet at the very least she regularly listened to their conversations. Jmo. I'm just saying.
