The state could try to sequester the A's, I guess. It will be ironic and upside down, as usual, because the possible way around the invocation of the rule will be for the A's to claim their status as family of the victim as entitling them to be there. They aren't and weren't Caylee's legal guardians, and I guess they aren't next-of-kin -- the defendant is. I'm not sure how broad Florida's rule is. Coming from people who won't help the LE or the prosecution, or worse, it 's sort of hard to think about.
