i think in the news conference they modified the time from 1am when they leave Disneyland until 7:30am when he's first captured by surveillance in Santa Barbara.
) at 8pm. 5 more hours to go! It's not clear to me if his pocession of the bc is the violation, not surrendering is or requesting a copy is the violation. He was likely planning out the murder back then and wanted to have his passport ready to flee the country. The original plan could have been to take the boy with him but realized he wouldn't be able to get away with him undetected and likely be stopped at the airport. Plus I doubt he had enough money saved up to support both himself and a 5 year old full time in a foreign country without welfare spousal support child support and unemployment benefits.
They said at the news conference he is first spotted on surveillance at 7:30am but I don't think he specifically said at the lake, only in Santa Barbara. He may have said at the recreation park.
In the press conf. the DA said he would be arraigned on charges either Thursday or Friday. So it IS today - for arraignment on murder charges, I'm going to assume....
I'm not understanding this - did he file those papers AFTER little Ara disappeared, or is that in the "original" divorce papers? Taking the child either to Iran or Armenia!!??!! Interesting. I too HOPE this little boy IS alive somewhere....
Maybe his lawyer will spring it on the court hearing today!
