I don't buy that Nichole did not confide in IM about the affair. For her to say she knew nothing about it is absolutely ridiculous!!

IM said she asked Nichole about Erin in February this year. The fact she attached a date to that statement is significant IMO. Was that when the affair started, or when Nichole found out? So weird she never once has said poor Erin, we really miss her around here. Or, I'd like to take a moment to tell Jon and her parents, my heart goes out to them. I'm so sorry they are going through this nightmare. Really, really, weird!

I feel somewhat inappropriate for suggesting this, but could that baby also have been Chris's? I haven't seen a date of when the affair started . I have read when the affair was rumored to have been disclosed to Jon (on 'that' facebbook page), but we can't site it as fact.

Right, and in another post I also mentioned that maybe that baby could have been CL's, so I guess it's two of us that think it could be possible, ya know, since we don't know all the facts.
Hey we have lots of different theories, or I do anyway because we just don't know everything, so the mind does tend to wander and think outside the box.

I wonder what kind it was too! And from the looks of the other photos, it was just a "visitor" to the ranch that day where they were having some type of fundraiser. I wonder if he knew that it wasn't poisonous when he just went and picked it up!

In looking through the album, all the pics of this person are tagged "NL". I'd say it's safe to say that it is CL based on that. Didn't see any pics of Erin in the album, though.

Didn't see any pictures of EC on the website or the FB page administered by IM. Didn't hear any sympathy for EC in the interviews given by IM. Do you see a pattern here?

If person A fabricates an alibi for person B, and later it is shown both that the A was lying and that a felony was committed by B...is the person who fabricated the alibi (A) criminally liable?

Or only if B is officially a suspect OR person A knows about the felony?

Seems like IM didn't care for Erin much. How else do you explain the lack of compassion for a young pregnant woman who is missing and likely dead?

If a crime occurs in my home or to a loved one and I am cooperating completely with LE and give them full authority to search and seize anything in my home or car necessary to help them in their investigation then why would they need to get a search warrant for my home/car? A few have made comments about them needed a search warrant in order for evidence to hold up in court but if I give them full right and authority to search LE still has to have a search warrant to search my home and collect evidence? I am from California. The snake is not a rattlesnake (no rattles), My best guess not seeing it up close is a king snake. Pink is an unusual color. It may have shed its skin recently.

It is much safer for the cops to get a judge's approval because it is less likely it can be challenged in court. This is especially true in the current case where IM loaned her Ford truck and Honda Accord to the the Lees to move their items. In this case, you have a very gray area. Cars belong to IM. Potato gun and other items belong to the Lees. Bunk house on ranch belongs to IM. Items in the bunk house belong to the Lees.

Better to just detain the Lees at the scene and wait for a judge to sign off.

Giving a false alibi is probably impeding an investigation or obstruction of justice, Imo. Even if they did not know why they were providing an alibi, I could see it still being some level of a crime.

I think the pink is a tonal effect of the picture. Looks like a gopher snake to me, king snakes are black and white.

Erin....WHERE ARE YOU!!!??? I've been following this case from day one....I wish she could send us a sign. I know that sounds crazy but I just wish there was SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to wake up in the morning and have there be a break in this case. Why can't LEO make these people talk...someone in that circle knows. MAKE THEM TALK. There has to be a way.
