I am not a linguist and I have heard the relatively simple name Andrea pronounced in different ways. most of the time it is pronounced Ann-Dree-Ah. I have heard some give it a different inflection like On-Dray-Ah.
my point in my last post was that the first syllable of Awn-Dray-Uh has a distinct inflection that some would call out here an "outerborough" accent, meaning removed from the monied circles of Manhattan where those wealthy enough send their kids to very expensive private schools where they would never speak this way. by monied circles I mean the what people nowadays would call the one percenters and these are the upper echelons of the 1%, not just someone who is comfortable financially.
here is a demo of the outerborough accent (she calls it a Brooklyn Italian accent) and the audio is not the best. this girl overdoes it but nonetheless she explains it in a very street savvy way.

I'd be curious to know how much like this gal Big Mouth Andrea sounded.
