Okay, I have just gone to WA court records...There is nothing in there for a C.L. or the Lane L. Are these the only two names for the pastorguy?

Thanks. I don't think we need anything for him in the state of Washington in terms of forensic astrology.

Any priors in California would be more likely since he's been in CA since 1981. I originally posted Washington earlier this a.m. because he did live there as a young adult (and, it appears, a teenager).

What's so sad, in addition to this beautiful little girl's death, is that these perps are allowed to be in our midst. Nothing is done about them until a child dies.

Flipping Unbelievable IMO.

Isn't that what LE is suppose to do, to protect all citizens from sexual predators and the reason we have the strict laws of registration of these criminals/hopelessly ill people?

The only thing I can think of is since they have told the press there are 60 people sharing and trading *advertiser censored* in the Tracy area is they had a sting operation going on and they weren't quite ready to activate the raid of seizure of that *advertiser censored* and arrests. I'd love to hear an answer to that.

I think whoever caught Sandra's eye was someone she knew. House #57 can't be too far from #63. And maybe she knew him from church. She looked a bit leery in seeing this person to me, not overjoyed. So maybe she had reservations but there was something that just called her over to him. Lots of pervs like this use a small animal to get a child's attention, and I don't know why, but I have had that picture in my mind for days now as what happened with Sandra. xox

Is the website outdated? It only shows bible study once a week and service twice a week.
It is very outdated as the Sunday School lessons are from 2002 and back. I think the last legit post on the site which was in 2008.

There is an interesting post from 8/1/02 from his cousin looking for him tho. Hmmm...

I would like to find out if Mrs. Preacherman had a job and if she was still at work around the time Sandra went missing. I think he could have taken her back to the trailer or lured her into his trailer as she went skipping by.

It doesn't appear to be a Catholic church. Is it? Most Spanish people I know are Catholic.

There are a lot of Hispanic Baptist, Pentecostal and Mormon churches in my Bay Area neighborhood. It is not unlikely that they would be members of this church.

He is also listed on Google phonebook as Lane P. L*** I am thinking the middle initial stands for Pstr, because I saw that on veromi.

The reason I was curious, is because Pastor Lane starting using the Lane when he married his wife. Prior to that he has many alias.

FOUND THIS LINK THAT WAS INTERESTING

IF POSTED PRIOR, MY APOLOGIES...

...."Neighbors referred to the church on West Clover Road as being "little used" and said they only saw cars there about twice a week. According to the church web site, services are held on Wednesday nights and on Sundays. The pastor, Lane Lawless, has been at the church since 1981, and has served at churches in Hayward and Mountain View."

Poor little girl. My heart is with her family.

I'm a lurker on this thread, and I was reading here when it was announced that it was her that was found. I couldn't sleep last night because I just kept on putting myself in Sandra's place and how she must have felt. I can't get it out of my mind. It's just so sad.

I have faith that the perp(s) will be caught and brought to justice. I hope that this sweet little girl's death wasn't in vain and that something will be done to help prevent such tragedies in the future, like so many other parents of missing/murdered children have done.

Rest in peace sweet Sandra.

(((((hugs))))) to you Scout35....i can't shake the thoughts either...it infuriates me to no end that someone could do such a hideous thing to a small child. I had to pull myself away from the threads earlier....it gets to be too much sometimes. I'm so tired of stories like these over, and over again. Know that you aren't alone here. :grouphug:

That's horrible! Until LE announces who did this we have no right to destroy someone's life!!
Uhm...I don't think we have the right to try and destroy someone's life at all. ;) Now...if they do it to themselves...we have the right to comment on it.

Just because they were aware of 60 people trading child *advertiser censored* does not mean a sting was active or planned at all. Thousands of active traders have been identified all over the country and LE does not have the money or bandwidth to go after them. Read about Senate Bill 1738 and it will explain this in great detail. Without public pressure, those 60 in Tracy will remain free.

The reason I was curious, is because Pastor Lane starting using the Lane when he married his wife. Prior to that he has many alias.

Please post the name aliases as I may be able to use them in forensic astrology. Thank you.

On another note, Jane Velez-Mitchell is totally going off right now on all this perp activity lately. Good for her!!!

Well, of course that's what I meant. The point is, people are going vigilante here and that's insane. They obviously have a very small church, with limited attendance. What do you think this will do to him and the church if it turns out to be somebody else?

Overnight, crime scene tape was also strung around Clover Road Baptist Church, which will be searched later Tuesday, said Sgt. Tony Sheneman with the Tracy Police Department at a news conference Tuesday morning. The church pastor, Lane Lawless, lives in the Orchard Estates mobile home park.

News10 talked to Lawless and his wife Connie. The pastor said he spent all night talking to police. He said they were being questioned because they know the Cantu family and Sandra and live just a few doors down from them.

"They're just covering every base they're going to cover," said Connie Lawless. "We were close friends with her. We lived just down the street. That's the only reason."

When asked if he had anything to do with the girl's disppearance, Lane Lawless said, "No."

This gives me every indication they are indeed looking at the Pastor.

Local news reported that the church parking lot is never crowded, even on Sundays. This from a man who lived acoss the streetfrom the church

Yes....but what was going on at that church on Fri. night? We Catholics have Stations of the Cross and fish frys during lent on Fri. nights...just wondering if the family is Catholic.
That's what I couldn't figure out. I know many Hispanics are Catholic, but this was a Baptist church. So was it Sandra's church, or just a red herring???:waitasec: Sandra did go to church and an 18-year-old commented on it in an article.

I only pray that the autopsy shows she died fairly soon after being taken and did not have to spend days and days in pain and fear.

Rest in Peace sweet Sandra. No one will ever hurt you again...

I'm also praying for her family, that they are able to eventually make something positive for other children who are abducted to honor Sandra and give them some small peace the way Marc Klaas did.
