I would take anything KW says with a grain of salt. He only has one agenda and that is to make Barry look as bad as possible.

I can't remember where I read or heard that Honey had better muscle mass (found in the autopsy) than Barry. She worked out more than he did according to one of the trainers. She golfed and was pretty active. He worked at a desk all day.

Agree. The man is pathologically bitter. On one hand I get it because of his life’s tragedies. But how many people are given millions and millions and blow it?

I suspect that Honey was making a new will, and had gone over it with her lawyer a few days before the murders, as a friend said Honey mentioned, but she may not have signed it before her death. Their lawyer who took care of estate business was trying to reach them on the phone after it is assumed they were dead. It seems quite possible that Honey was going to leave 500 million to her sister, Mary, as Mary stated. Also, she may have wanted to leave a lot to charity. It could have given someone a strong motive to kill her before that could happen, and BS as well, because maybe he was also talking about changing his will and leaving more to charity. There was talk after the murders that he was making plans to do so, but we are not sure. Those who stood to benefit from the way things were in the existing wills may have been afraid they would be at a disadvantage if new wills were made. If there was a new unsigned paper will or wills in the house, it/they may have been removed by the killers. Perhaps before she was strangled, Honey was forced to reveal where they were, and that is why there was evidence that someone hit her in the face. I suspect that if this is the case, TPS has asked the lawyer to remain silent, and they have stated that their case is strongly connected to the estate of BS and HS. When billions are involved, definitely follow the money! IMO

If Honey’s devices were indeed not password-protected, many people may have had access to this information.

He can’t talk publicly. He would be able to share some information with the executors and some with police.

Out of the 4 trustees of BS's will (AG, JK, BK, JS), it would appear that BK(AK) and JS would have been most inconvenienced by any changes to the will. The timing of their killings just before they were supposed to have answered a telephone call from an estate/will lawyer is very suspicious. Who knew about this phone call besides BS and HS?

Apart from the Sherman's children saying no, they'd never do something like this, what are the physical clues it's wasn't murder-suicide...?
They can't go on just what their children said. Most kids wouldn't think their parents would be capable of such a thing....but of course, they are.

Yes they could have done that but that limits the prospect list to a very few, that does not jive with the statement "no one wanted to buy it". My point was how do you know, they did not really try to see if anyone wanted to buy it.

I assume Sherfam had to spend the money to demolish it, the money would come from the estate, paying to demolish must have been discussed and agreed upon by the trustees.

Question for all: but really maybe AndrewM71 has the best knowledge here;

If HS & BS were updating wills and changing things, at what point are the trustees brought in or informed that affidavits or modifications to the will have been made?

I wonder in the Sherman estate, are the trustees part of the planning stages and have input into the manner in which BS estate was executed and dispersed, or are they just provided a signed copy of the new / signed will?

Absolutely. While I have some empathy for the Winters’ situation I am not anti Barry on this score. He did more than most would to help. I’ve known families where there is one genius who does the heavy lifting then everyone else thinks it’s their due.

Why do we know the selling price, if there was an agreement about confidentiality??

I believe selling price is public knowledge, sale prices are determined on what the neighbors house sold for, the confidentiality may be to protect the persons name and address etc from being published. Understandable since this property is such an interest to many, like LE and us sleuths.

As we have read BS would use a numbered company as the owner of his property, so could the purchaser, this could provide that privacy to the individual person.

I must admit I am finding the abbreviations a little much at this point. I am having a very difficult time remembering all of them. When there is this many people involved in BS inner circle and more keep coming to light, the abbreviations are becoming next to impossible for me to keep track of.

I will search later today but I recall that the home was taken off the market shortly after Dec 15th and was never relisted. Not sure how you expect to see if anyone wants to purchase it if it is not listed for sale.

The land was sold for over 4 million dollars the purchaser did get permits to build.
It went back on the market just recently before the building started for over six million.
