I know this is out there...but, could the man found dead be the same dude that had been talking to Lucas? We all know eyewitnesses are really not all that reliable and the witness was driving at the time. Not putting down the witness as she certainly is trying to be helpful. Just a thought.

Apparently the unidentified dead man has a grey beard, doesn't really show up in the pencil sketch.

Trying to catch up. Horrendous storms just went through and no power or cell service. Missed the presser and had to drive 5 miles to find a signal. Thanks for all updates I’m getting from the latest posts.

Seems there are beards everywhere in these cases. American criminal who crossed the border illegally as well. Any connections reported? Any warnings?

If they believe that the bearded guy talking to Fowler and Deese was headed south, that's not the right direction to head to the burning truck site. Either he is just a witness, or they were wrong about the direction, or he turned around.

Yes, in fact hairless skin is a physical feature of the North American 'race'. The colour of the skin means very little, anyone can have a deep tan.

Not to be too historic with anthropology, but indigenous peoples were classified as Mongoloid, same as people from, for example, China. Classification was in part based on skull shape.

However, with global migration, people are a mix of people from all over the world. From my perspective, the composite sketch could be hispanic or aboriginal, maybe metis.

I think that means that the van window was broken when they were murdered.

Cold case from Ontario.
Campers awakened and then murdered by someone claiming to be a police officer.

Could this be an explaination for the bodies of LF & CD being found in the same exact position as stated by Trevor Pierre, the medic that found the murdered couple. Trevor apparently found it strange that both victims were in tbe exact same position but 5 metres apart.
JMO but could it be possible they were ordered to lay on the ground by someone they believed to be an officer of the law?

I don’t believe it was THEIR Jeep. I recall it was a new white Jeep they were last seen getting into
