Exactly...this is a possibility that SP just randomly met them in wooded area or close to that wooded area then ended up back at their apt. It is only because the elusiveness of answering simple questions by the press with riddles and vagueness, is why we have to speculate and discuss on here the possible reasons why SP ended up where he did. Now if this happened during business/daylight hours there could be a dozen reasons why he met up with them. But since it was after 11pm at night and he left a soccer game early to drive 25 minutes away into a sketchy area of town without letting RP, a friend, a relative, or a co-worker know where he was going or what he was doing i.e. buying something for work, his wife etc which I think SP would have done if that was the situation. So now I just watched 1st presser again with Det. SM and at the 8:10 min mark he says "They obviously knew each other because he ended up in their apartment but I won't comment as to the relationship"...so now is SM saying they knew each other obviously DUH because he went to their apartment with them?? Yes it sounds that way to me. So technically because he would not truly answer the question or the question was not asked in a different way he could be saying yes he knew them because he just met them 40 minutes earlier and built a great rapport in that period of time and figured since a woman is involved in the equation, what harm could be done by going to their apt?....Did SP know them before the day of June 9th? Would have been a better question...I assume his phone records/emails will easily answer that question. Then at 10:32 min mark of presser Det. SM denies (haha) having said SP knew CM and SC...so is this because he is a bumbling fool who forgets what he said 5 minutes earlier or is he being shady in what information he gives in regards to how long these 3 have known each other? So then the reporter refreshes his memory on what he said earlier. Then Det. SM says he can't comment (haha) on the status of their relationship but they do have an understanding why SP went to the apt. Now from people I know, you can usually tell if someone is using drugs and if they are buying drugs to sell to friends then someone in SP's circle would know this and therefore LE would most likely have been told of this. I cannot see SP randomly going here for the first time to get drugs, so if this was drugs I am guessing he knows them from before. Now on the other hand if someone likes to step out privately to have sex with people they don't want others to know about, then it is highly probable that nobody in the SP circles would have a clue this is going on. So in this case I can easily see this as a possible random meeting for sex if on this night June 9th was their first time getting to know each other if such a meeting place exists close to this wooded area or if it was an online ad SP met them through then usually one would assume texts/emails are sent to discuss meeting place and times. Just a few straight yes and no answers (no details needed) to 4 or 5 questions would clear all this up so the stories, rumours, speculation can end.

I see maybe maybe he was buying drugs from them and no one in family and friend knew about this if it is true and it is possible this was the case and since he knew Sabrina through her job then he felt comfortable going with them inside the apartment. But this could not be for sex. Let's say if he secretly were going for sex with Sabrina and when he see there is another guy with Sabrina outside of the apartment no way in hell he would do it and walk with them to the apartment. Some people say they might want three some. But knowing Sina I can say 100% I'm sure he will never do such thing, if it was only the girl involve he might done something like this secretly but when there is other guy involved then no way. I believe if police tell us more info about the phone or email report that would clear lots of stuff
Okay, apparently I can't let this go yet, I watched the video of the three of them one last time. The hand gesture that CM makes with his hand in the air makes me think of something in particular, if your were to be talking about someone doing something you might make this hand gesture. I am wondering if anybody else had the same thought as me? (PS it has nothing to do with sex or drugs).

I was just throwing this out there as a long shot possibility since LE is very guarded about how long these 3 knew each other. I would not say it was for 3-some reasons but how some sex trades work is that a guy introduces the girl and accepts money then leaves the room or place of engagement so maybe CM said to SP that I will walk you guys up to our place, do the money exchange and also, so CM can take the dog for a long walk while SP and SC engage in some private fun. All three go in the apt. and after the door closes only LE knows how it probably played out.
I hate even discussing the fact it was either drugs or sex but at this time of night and in that area what else could it be? And if SP was there to buy something other than sex or drugs...the ONLY item I can think of that involves this type of clandestine operation...is a gun!

The left hand gesture to me looks like a normal hand gesture you would make as talking, but the right hand does not. If you were just gesturing randomly, normally your palm would be up I think.

Sorry about your friend. He may have appeared to have been "clean" but from my experience people who are doing things they shouldn't can be good at hiding. I have known many a person to be caught up in using, selling, cheating etc. and nobody knew until they got caught. I am sure the police know but we won't for a couple of years until trial.
As for sex trade stuff. One only has to look on certain buy + sell sites to see the "escorts" that are selling their time. Like a previous poster said, Sabrina may have been selling herself with Clyde being the money man. If these two were involved in the drug trade it's not unlikely that there was something going on to support their habit.

I really don't know what to think anymore. But you are right no one that has wife will not go somewhere out of his way not telling his wife that time of the night also go to ATM and withdraw $400 from his account and go hangout with these two while wife is worry and calling his phone and not answering. I know for fact the wife was not at home that night too. Also I know he left the soccer game earlier and didn't tell anyone were he was going. Usually after game all went to coffee place and hangout and then go home. Also we know that these two did not have much money and they were in need of money, but my question is why these two killed Sina in their own apartment if they were going to rob him for money and leave his body in their apartment when everything will trace back to them.

Maybe, the both SC and CM have already ripped off someone previously, who does not belong to their milieu, who did something illegal SC and CM knew and therefore could not fight back then. Of course noone would call police, who is a man like Sina P, businessman and morally except this possible "deal". Maybe Sina P did not want to be blackmailed in a certain way. CM is perhaps not used to being contradicted and then .............. murder follows.
I don't think the murder was planned. I think CM flew into a rage for some reason. If it was planned, they may be the dumbest criminals ever.

To be honest... i thought thr hand gesture that CM did looked like he was displaying the way one would light a crack pipe and then lift there hand with the fire away... just MHO.

Maybe it's just the direction of another district, they show to the vague.
I just watched the video, finally in full screen mode, and not sure if it's been mentioned yet.. but at the very beginning of the video when they are coming into focus at the very top of the screen, SP is actually walking in between CM and SC. As they carve toward the building more, SP kind of walks wide and this allows SC to be put in between the two men. Almost like SP was TRYING to put space in between them.

I think people are reading too much in to the hand gesture. Could mean anything really, but probably nothing important. Seems to me that he's just someone that gestures with his hands when he's speaking. SP doesn't seem to have any reaction at that point other than scratching is arm.
As to what happened upstairs, my gut tells me it was a robbery. Not uncommon for drug customers or drug customers to get ripped off because very few of them will run to the cops about it. My guess is SP didn't go along with their demands and was stabbed. I don't think their was a fight and I don't think he realized what hit him until it was too late.
What I wonder about is this, the cops were pretty positive CM and SC were out of money. Presumably they had at least $400 plus whatever the two of them had themselves. I wonder why LE would feel they were out of money?

Here is another thought about the latest video. SP had been playing soccer until about 10:15. In the video shot at 12:15 he seems to be dressed in jeans, a collared shirt, and sandals. This is not something I would expect someone who had just played soccer to be wearing. Most people would simply throw on a pair of sneakers and drive home, at the very most they might throw on a pair of sweat pants. So did he go home and shower then change in to casual clothes? If not, where and when did he change? The more I think about this case the more I feel that SP had a "while the cat's away, the mouse will play" moment.

She doesn't look at SP, and she keeps her arms in her pockets and has the demeanour of a nervous person. Whatever is going on, CM seems to be the ringleader and is anxious to get the group upstairs.

The late hour isn't too odd to me either given that my husband owns his own construction business and sometimes a tool is needed for tomorrow and this was only realized at the last moment. Men who work for themselves like SP might work late (like 9 or 10pm) often and thus midnight is not an unusual hour for them?

I didn't get the impression SP was playing soccer, but that he was watching it. I could be totally wrong though! Do you have an MS link that says he was playing soccer?
