Timmins police say they do not believe suspect who stole firearms from Canadian Tire is related to Toronto homicide. #cbcsby
It's really difficult, nearly impossible, to hitch-hike into northern Ontario from Vaughan. The highways are all 400 series. The only way to get north without hitting a 400 series highway is by going across Manitoulin Island, and that's only accessible by ferry.
If they stole a car and drove it north, they would likely be caught. It's a very long drive to Timmins on low traffic highways. So ... did they go north by another means?
trying my hardest not to laugh.. Oops!

Any chance they stole this vehicle?

I posted about this truck earlier. CBC had it at the bottom of an article about this case as a related story.Interesting that CBC has this story about a stolen truck at the bottom of an article as related story. Nothing in it is related at this point, that we know of.
