having this type of equipment really does not seem out of the norm to me on a farm - i drive through rural areas everyday to get to work and see all kinds of them - imo- what strikes me odd is that the neighbours kept taking photos - what else were they seeing that was peeking their curiousity

Yes!!! I find it incredibly odd that these neighbours took all these photos on his property.i mean, who goes into their neighbours yard and just starts snapping pictures.

BTW I haven't been able to find a photo of DM's tattoos that is legible enough to determine in which direction the word "Ambition" presents. Is it positioned so that a person facing him could read it right side up? Or would it present upside down so that he himself could most easily read it?

Sorry if this has already been covered but based on photos I've seen, it appears to me as if the script on his wrists are tattooed such that DM himself could read them by looking down.

DM was the one behind the wheel during the test-drive. While the owner of that first truck generally recalled the driver having many/a few/some/multiple (don't recall exact words used by LE) tattoos, he couldn't recall any details about any of them except the "ambition". I believe this is because the owner, who was sitting in the front passenger seat during the test-drive, would have had a perfect view of DM's wrists while his hands were on the steering wheel (so basically the entire test-drive). Also, for the record, DM was wearing short-sleeves that day (according to the truck owner).

Here is the description of DM and Suspect #2 from May 10

1) male white, 6’1” to 6’2”, 170 to 180 lbs, mid 20’s, light to medium short brown hair, unshaven, wearing blue jeans, long sleeve orange shirt and running shoes. The male had several tattoos on his arms. On one of his wrists where a person wears a watch was the word, “Ambition.” There was a box tattooed, framing the outside of the word. Police have researched this tattoo which is not uncommon but the location of it is unique. This male has not been identified as yet.

2) male white, 5’9” to 5’10” , small to medium build, early to mid 20’s, dark hair, wearing a red hooded sweatshirt with hood up over his head.

BBM Your post reminded me of something I meant to post the other day. During the Q&A session on the courthouse steps after DM's appearance, his lawyer stated that his client was unshaven, but stressed (IMO) that he is normally clean shaven (attributing the lack of shaving to DM's being in prison). Anyway, it later hit me that he was actually probably trying to distance his client from the witness descriptions to create doubt. Given the new investigations announced today, I'm sure DM's lawyer has more to worry about than his client's grooming habits.

No it was 13 from my view, and there was a female with dark hair. She was obviously not LB and therefore merits no more attention at this point I guess.

No, it wasn't Laura Babcock. I believe the girl's initials were MC, and she was from Hamilton (which is why I took note of her at all).

That is what I was thinking also WG. Did DM get rid of anyone who might go to LE on him. He didn't want to risk the chance of anyone squealing on him?

But, said an officer, the portable crematorium for farm animals is a real wild card in this investigation.

"Twisted," said the officer.

As of deadline at least two suspects remained on the lam and although the question has been raised if any of them could have also been "burned beyond all recognition" as Bosma was, several police sources say they don't think so.

"Everything was going on normal for them prior to Dellen's arrest so we think they are out there not too far away," said the detective.

But with something as bizarre as the Eliminator involved, police say nothing that comes up in this case would surprise them.

Posting some known facts to see if anyone can find links with DM:

• Date(s): August 29-30, 2010
• Suspect Shoes Size: Possibly size 10-11 boot. Possibly Dakota brand!
• Sonia frequented various dating sites before her death.
• Location: Orangeville. Body dumped not far from home.

Some questions i have:
1) I remember someone posting a link to a boot picture of DM?
2) Has DM been linked to ANY dating sites?
3) Any chance DM met the other missing girl, Laura Babcock on a dating site?
4) Anything that may link DM to the Orangeville area?
5) Any idea what DM was doing in late August 2010?

Alright...just had to summarize this before going to bed. I know its a shot in the dark but at this point DM is shady enough that it warrants a look!

But, it was JB's employment... if you click on it, then "Highlights" on the page, mid top under the Cover pic, then click on it and pick "Posts by Others"... WHOA!

These guys will TRAVEL internationally for "Cougars" or "Boys" as long as you are willing to pay!! These sites are NOT allowed on FB but, I hope no one reports it cause it might be a lead into why they came to Montreal, TO and NF with DM!!!!

Did he pay the ticket over for them? Like the Employment name says?

He went to an all boys private school, older buddy SS swings both ways... just tossing this one around....

OR are these guys "cousins"? Either way, even if they are cousins the one "boy" has a job as an escort.

Ruski To answer your one question, DM and LB met through mutual friends while she was dating the boyfriend that filed the missing person report. There are a ton of media covering all that now and there is also a thread opened separate for her case.

The hashtags were "freshtodeath" and "freeshit" and it seemed of note to me because it looks like the boot LE has been profiling in the murder of Orangeville nurse Sonia Varaschin (there is a thread for her here). LE's major evidence in her 2010 murder was a bloody bootprint, and apparently that boot is only sold by Marks WW. So LE spent some time asking folks if they had seen these boots, and suggesting that the killer may likely have "got rid" of the boots (which made me pause on "freeshit"). Because the photo didn't show the tread, it's hard to say for sure if the boot IS the same type in SV's case. But it certainly LOOKS identical, and the odd circumstances of drawing attention to it in the photo, as well as the specific hasthtags, made me go hmmmmm......

My understanding of the story is that the Canadian distributor is in Manitoba. I believe police are not releasing how he got it (if it was delivered, etc) but it was probably delivered to his farm by the outfit he purchased it from.

Possibly had it flown here. He would have the connections and the money. Wonder if dear dad knew about it and what he told him his reasoning was for wanting an incinerator. MOO

Having dated several guys in the trades, I can tell you that it's very common for guys to buy their work boots from Mark's WW, most decent size towns/cities have Mark's, prices are very reasonable, good return policy, a convenient place to get work wear and boots.

I think they know who they are because no sketches or much info is coming out about them, and DM is keeping his mouth shut .

Respectfully, to me it sounds like LE have no idea who the other suspects are. You would think if they did know who they were, they would be asking for the public's assistance in finding the suspects and putting out names and pictures. Public wide warrant for their arrest. I bet DM definitely will not be talking now that LE have found out this information on LB.
