Casey & Family Psychological Profile #2

I am not anyone connected to the Anthony family. However, I am someone connected to Susan Smith's family. I was amazed by how the authorities made the whole world hate Susan Smith. And then, they did it with the Ramseys. And now they are doing it with Casey Anthony. It isn't right.

I originally thought it was an accident and Caylee was dead. I got that from the decomp smell in the car. Other facts emerged, and though the decomp smell is strong evidence, it could be faked.

Casey said, "My mother will never forgive me for what I did." That told me Casey did something, purposefully. It wasn't an accident. It wasn't partying and then she finds out her child is dead. It was something she did with a purpose. Casey admitted she specifically did something that casused all of this to happen.

She did something, and she admits to doing something. She either killed her daughter or she had her adopted. Try to think of anything else she could have done to cause this. She either killed her daughter, or she had her adopted. I can't think of any other possibilities if Casey specifically did something. She said "..for what I did." She admitted she did something, so it wasn't an accident.

Now if this was adoption, then that should be easy to prove. The next question would be, Where did the decomp smell come from? What plot was going on behind all of this?

The decomp smell came from the obvious. They have DNA to prove it was Caylee. Yes the adoption theory has come to mind for some as far as her giving the child to someone but not with all the new evidence that has come forth. There is no way.
The whole world hated Susan Smith because she murdered her children and the Ramseys initially because things did not add up, until they were officially cleared thru DNA.
KC made the statement to her mother because she DID something to poor Caylee. In all her lies they seem to have speckles of truth.

The DNA in the trunk wasn't generic. I was A mtDNA at the VERY least. How did evidence a female deceased A get into the trunk, if no one is dead?

Nobody said KC's DNA is not in the ca. It's HER car, it's all over the place.

It is a fact-if they only have Caylee's mtDNA from a hair in the trunk, then there is no post-mortem root band. A hair root is needed to find a root band, and a hair root is needed to do a full nuclear DNA profile. Without a hair root, only mtDNA profile can be done. What other reason was there for not being able to do a nuclear DNA profile on the hair found in the trunk?

It is a fact-if they only have Caylee's mtDNA from a hair in the trunk, then there is no post-mortem root band. A hair root is needed to find a root band, and a hair root is needed to do a full nuclear DNA profile. Without a hair root, only mtDNA profile can be done. What other reason was there for not being able to do a nuclear DNA profile on the hair found in the trunk?

They said, IIRC, that the have the root band. So, they musta had hair with a root bulb. Prolly fell out of the decomposing scalp.

I'm a little uncomfortable with all the ADD/HD talk, because even that is highly affected by "nature." I've been diagnosed with ADHD, and when I was a kid it was a lot less "common" (reported?) than it is now, and it was especially rare in girls. My parents and teachers thought I was just bored in class - so they would give me extra assignments, more advanced work, to keep me focused and channel that energy - it worked great until I went away to college and didn't have mom the director, but by then I was 18 and both saw a psychologist independantly and found new projects to throw myself at as I was, I guess, "conditioned" to do as a child.

If people are taught self respect, and have a good family situation, I think (IMO of course) they can channel their "differences" into productive things and not hypersexuality and stealing.

ANYWAY- what interests me more is the article by Dr. Julian Mitchell posted above, a comment on that site asks if Casey will raise a multiple-personality defense. Do you think that's possible? That "Zanny" was her? I don't think anything that her friends say backs that up - and what, did Zanny just go away when she met TL?

Or maybe that is why Annie, JPC,'s testimony is being withheld? They knew casey had big problems? Now THAT would be a circus court!

KC does not have DID (latest name for MPD)

She's never "lost time," as far as anyone knows (awakened in, say, Texas, with no memory or having gone there). Those "lost time" episodes are called "fugues."

Also. it's likely that an "alter" would have "come out" while she was in jail, and would have been noticed.

Also, she could not consistently be so quiet and calm. Nor, could she consistently be able to remain silent re: Caylee. Because an "alter" would likely snitch, or at least leak something.

Last I read, DID is mostly iatrogenic (the doctor caused it).

There was a MAJOR MPD (as it was called then) fad back in the 80s. I got quite a lot of them on my caseload. I mean DOZENS were referreed in.

All of the ones that came through us were actually personality disorders, who were convinced by their shrinks. I never saw a real MPD. And, a TON of lawsuits were filed against diagnosing doctors.

Last I read, that diagnosis only appears in the US, too, BTW. Almost exclusively among women.

So, DID might exist. But, REAL cases are extremely rare, if they exist at all.

I read somewhere that even the famous "Sybil" lost her "alters" when she changed shrinks, as did "Eve."

I don't think KC has ANY Axis I disorder.

I remember in the 1st document dump, Kiomarie said something like "I think Casey is bipolar or something...she'd ask me questions and then the next day deny ever asking them..."
That's the only thing I can recall reading that could do anything to support a multiple-personality storyline-- but Kiomarie seems to wrestle with the basic meaning of psychiatric conditions, so who knows...
Casey did a REALLY good job of keeping her lies and fake names etc compartmentalized. To me, that shows she was constantly aware of everything and not fading in and out of various "personalities."

I can see why some people might think Casey's behavior seems like ADHD, but I think the composite portrait illuminates that those behaviors would be more accurately coded as symptoms of ASPD.

Stealing and hypersexuality aren't symptoms of ADD/ADHD...are they? (I have ADD. I've never been tempted to steal and my husband can vouch for my lack of hypersexuality)

I was thinking Casey might have ADD because of how Lee described her usual messy way of packing and because she seems to be a disorganized criminal. Also she seems to hyperfocus on what she is into.

I read on the Casey in school thread that Casey was quiet & shy when younger. That would put Casey in in the quiet & daydreamy category if she does have ADD.

It is great that your parents were able to help you learn to channel your "differences" productively. I was fortunate enough to have a hyperfocus become a career.

Oddly, he fooled the shrink.

But, he didn't fool anyone ELSE. Not even kids. A seven year old, viewing a vid of Ken being "Steve," said, "Mommy, that man is an awful actor."

I really believed in the syndrome, before I started GETTING them!

You know what was horrible?

1) Dx, in cases from certain hospitals, was related to the insurance max. Cases with million dollar psych maxes were dxed MPD. Cases with, say, $25K maxes were dxed depression or BPD.

2) One L.A. area hospital where celebrities used to get treated for psych used sodium amytal interviews on patients. I think that's like truth serum. They used it to induce false memories. They (at this one hospital) also ONLY used it on women. Then, they would dx: "MPD 2nd to satanic ritual abuse."

Another shrink called the head of that program, "a sociopath with a license."

And, yes, that program was ultimateley busted and shut down. The hospital is still operating.

Dude, I hate to break the news to ya but the only conspiring and plotting that went on was ALL CASY ANTHONY'S DOING. And that you will be able to take to the bank. Again I would encourage you to read all of the documents that pertain to the case as it is a literal gold mine of information and FACTS. The smell cannot be faked. Please get that straight.

If it was an adoption Caylee would be back with her family now. FBI/LE was able to rule that out long ago. :banghead:

So many "symptoms" of all of these cross over from one to the next. It's not like there's a blood test for any of them, so they're based on clinical observation, or just plain "characteristics" in someone's nature. What used to be called just part of someone's "personality", now has a diagnosis. So, just keep in mind that a person must have a certain number of the characteristics of that "disorder" to qualify for the diagnosis. She may have ADD/ADHD or not, or she just may be disorganized. Who knows. And remember also that it's very possible that she falls into the category of having one (or more) disorder. Sociopath is pretty evident, others maybe also.
