These cops know what they are doing, but it was kind of frustrating that they kept cutting her off.

Those recordings were from early on in the case. At that point they were trying to get to the bottom of why she was lying. When they left her with the nice guy, Wells(sp) she was talking alright, more bs. They gave her all the opportunities imaginable to come clean. Clearly she is wasting their time.
 
When LE says everything you told us was a lie and she says... Not EVERYTHING. (My favorite part BTW!) I think its interesting bc when he says "including that you don't know what happened to your daughter" She says "THAT I still.... like she was going to say- THAT (lie) I still claim to be the truth- THAT's the one I'm not going to admit to.

She also told it was the Thanksgiving weekend she slept with a guy from Tennessee down there on vacation and he went back to Tennessee.
 
At one point in the conversation, towards the end of the 3rd tape, she tries to cover up her lies by saying that she met Zenaida at Sawgrass that day as they both had mutual friends that lived there. I took that comment to imply that she was replacing her previous lie when confronted by saying okay, she didn't live there I just met her there to drop off Caylee. I remember another thread where sleuths had found a Zenaida that was friends with one of kc's friends on myspace, which might have led to an actual truth coming out of her mouth, she may have met Zenaida at the Sawgrass Apartments in the past, but not to leave Caylee with her.

Even if she knew she could leave at any time, and that she didn't have to answer there questions, i have to wonder.

What is the standard practice for situtations like this? This tape is far from a confession. It shows that she is liar. It's another piece of the puzzle. But it doesn't bring us anywhere closer to finding Caylee.

So can anyone say obectively the chances of this seeing a court room?

She was under intense interagation and had not been read her rights. I'm not trying to play devil's advacate, I just have some questions.

Okay I want to get this straight, in my own mind.

Are there 2 Saws involved...Saw 1 and SawII?

Chicksaw , the A neighborhood, and Sawgrass, we all know that one.

Or did I imagine it?

Hope all of the "giftees" have gone to the local health dept. Yuck!
 
I know they do have websites that let you input to photos and see what the kids would look like. Has anyone tried that with a picture of Casey and some of the random men?

Someone on here said that usually liars will not say contractions. Like liars won't say: I didn't,.. they say I did not. ect ect ect

I re-listened to the second interview and when they asked "What happened to Caylee?" She replies "I don't know." And when asked "Where is Caylee?" She replied "I don't know."
But EVERYTHING else is I do not know. NO more contractions,.. what do you think about this? just wondering

Yes, the chances of it being in a Courtroom are guaranteed with a lifetime warrantee to back the guarantee.

She did not have to be Mirandized in this situation. See Miranda V. Arizona and all cases subsequent to that.

This interrogation was really not intense over the edge. They showed amazing restraint. Not ripping out her vocal chords also took alot of cool, calm experience.

She was told her rights. She did not have a right to be Mirandized at that time.

You have defeated your own argument.

Since you are saying there was no confession, then Miranda rights are not an over- riding consideration period.

I believe the lies will come in as an exception to the hearsay rule, even if she never gets on the stand and thus, they cannot be used in cross to impeach Satanella.

Casey is as frightening as any known psychopath male I've ever seen on tv. The look that is always in her eyes and the voice are chilling. I noticed as she was answering if Zenaida gave her money for Caylee she said "If I really wanted to get rid of my daughter". Why use the word "really" and use the term "get rid of" to even describe selling a child.

I don't believe that theory about the contractions , at least not where KC is concerned. She is a known liar. Her mother even said it. That was the common statement made by anyone that knows her, that she is a liar!!! It's who she is. She is lying through her teeth. She knows the whole story about what exactly happened to Caylee.
If her mouth is moving, KC is lying.
