but then she also says..she locked the bedroom door to keep Caylee safe and next line is,,George is waking her up asking where is Caylee..how did he get in the bedroom if the door is locked...did I read that wrong..

I thought the same exact thing!! She says she slept with Caylee every night to keep her safe and as usual, they slept in the same room on the night of June 15. So if Casey was still sleeping that next morning, and one would assume her door was closed and possibly locked, why would George think that Caylee is missing? Why would he even be looking for her if she's sleeping in her mom's room? It doesn't make any sense. And the reason it doesn't make sense is because it's a LIE.

I still scratch my head at the fact that the jury considered the defense's story of the drowning, and everything else that occurred that day, to be adequate reasonable doubt. Anybody with two brain cells to rub together can see that their "story" is just that... another story. Argh. The jury just didn't slow down and use their brains long enough to think it through.

VP covering FCA depositions now on Prime News: "I believe if the jury knew what is in these depositions, we would have had a different verdict"

:furious:

Why? The defense theory mirrored the depos. IMO, KC could have screamed, "I killed her" and the verdict would have been the same.

Where's his Southern charm? IMHO he's nothing but a sexist old coot.

Oh yeah. In Danziger's depo, Sims asked a question, and Mason was all like, "Is that you, Dottie?" And she said yes, and then he said, "Sing me a song, girl." And she totally ignored him. He is such a...so many words I can't use here or I'll get an TO.

Those 12? From the way some of the jurors were talking, they pretty much paid attention to what her defense lawyer was saying.

VP was saying if they would have learned that she accused GA of murder, obviously JB couldn't have taken the drowning story and ran with it. Would have had a completely different defense, thus a completely different trial.

Although, with those jurors who knows.. probably still would have found her not guilty... JMO

A scale to measure PTSD was actually low on KC. Wow. (Danziger p. 62)

hmmm
He bypassed the line where southern charm was being handed out and went straight for the BBM line

they didnt even pay attention to that. they paid attention to the levels in their water bottles and what they were having on tv.

no...I think with these experts and what would have been the state's, still we would have the same verdict.

This Dr. Dzinger certainly seems as tho he was another of the many casualties of her evil.. He repeats numerous times that he has lost much sleep, not eating, and continued to be very tormented by what he'd witnessed and heard from this PERSON's mouth.. Pleading to NOT LET HIM BE USED AS A VECTOR FOR WHICH TO THEN PROSECUTE THE MAN WHO SHE REPEATEDLY ACCUSED OF A MULTITUDE OF CRIMES.. Molestation, rape, and murder just to name a few.. This doctor says that he has never ever come upon the likes of someone even near comparison to what he saw with Casey!! Never.. He was clearly disturbed by her and knew her accusations were bold faced lies.. Amazing to read her words along with reading the clear and concise documented demeanors she had throughout.. Extremely disturbing!!!

But am only able to read Dzinger I PDF!!!! I cannot open and read any of the other 3!!! Help!!!

I agree. Danziger seems ethical and unbiased in these depos. I'd be really interested in knowing if he would diagnose Casey with a conduct disorder or a personality disorder if he had been given the truth from her parents. Since apparently you need to be diagnosed with a conduct disorder to lead to the antisocial personality diagnosis, all the lies that her parents told about her teenage years made it impossible for Danziger to have a prayer of accurately diagnosing Casey. They minimized the stealing and lying, and lied about her failing high school. I'm betting there's lots of other stuff Casey did that they know about and never shared. And I'm also betting there's even more stuff Casey did that they don't know about.

So... "Bella Vita" was just an expression of irony that was toooo subtle for us beings of lower intellect to grasp (perhaps only Alanis Morissette could possibly understand?). And she stole from Amy for money to buy, among other things, diapers...for...um...nobody I guess. Okaaayy. Maybe they should have released these later in the day so we could have been properly prepared with a glass or two of wine.

:floorlaugh:

I just read that Casey claimed Caylee was a result of a date rape. Sure. Alrighty then.

Where's my glass........ok there it is. I'm good. Off to read more BS

I am about to start reading and I can hardly wait! I asked my supervising Psychologists at my internship today how it was possible ,with such strict ethics and confidentiality rules, for Casey's Psych evaluations to be made public by the courts?

She said that when when a psychologist is asked to evaluate a person for the court he would have given Casey the benefit of Informed Consent, meaning, he would have said " "This evaluation is being provided for the court , therefore, is not truly confidential and it is possible that it could become public information at some point depending on what the court decides to do with it.

Casey would have answered all of his questions with that in mind. I just find that interesting and will keep it in the back of my head while reading.

He is definitely someone who, having provided his resources and team to JB was along for the ride and some fun ... together with devilment.

You have to have one in order to think it through .... I'm just sayin' ....

We have a jury that actually factored in who did and didn't say hello to them in the morning.

That enough should tell us that once this particular jury was selected the case was lost.

I was date raped when I was 20.

This has just become personal on a level I didn't know was possible.

Question to my friends:

Is there one deposition or two? I can only find one document so far and it is LDB interviewing the Dr. She begins by saying that this is the second time that they are meeting. How many different documents are there to download?

Oh and George got in an accident when he was a cop and someone became paralyzed from it? WTF? I never knew that.

So does we think the DT truly took OCA's lies from the doc and used them, or that the dt told OCA what to tell the docs?
