I think there is something more than an innocent reaching out in the Patrick visit. I'm just not sure what that is. IMO he would not say "Mike said to tell you this" unless he really did. I think Patrick was used by Mike for whatever reason and is not in on anything really. Patrick reached out to Mike/King Merk in his myspace saying stuff like if you ever need anything...Though Patrick had changed his ways and was probably no longer close to his old friends cuz they hadn't changed - he was good enough for Mike/King Merk to use for whatever reason. Maybe even confided something to Patrick like "I really want to go down there myself and visit my friend caysee and give her support but I can't really do that cuz I've got warrants out for me for various other things - would you do this for me." I can see this happening.

Sounds plausible to me. One thing that runs through my mind about this is that we don't know the conversations and talk going around in that town with all of these friends either. I'm sure there are so many of Casey's friends out there badmouthing her and discussing things they know or saw.

Around 200 people gathered at the Anthony family home Sunday night to honor the missing toddler.

Despite the rain, the Anthony’s front yard was filled with people who showed up for a prayer vigil in honor of missing 2-year-old Caylee Anthony.

A preacher at the prayer vigil also had something to say. “Casey has gotten deceived and we are standing here to ask God to break that bondage off of her.”

I feel Caylee became a true missing based on two options of time lines

What happened to Caylee during these windows?

15th of June and between the weekend of the 27th of June, after her visit with Great Grandfather on Fathers Day, per last physical sighting by Cindy.

24th June and between the weekend of the 27th of June, per Jesse's independent statement to LE, he heard Caylee in the background with Casey telling her to get off the table, while on a call with Caylee wanting to hook up with him for the weekend.

It seems like two logical line lines. In heat Caylee's small body and decomposition would not take very long. Sad sight and thought.

Either dates can work in with Casey borrowing a shovel from the neighbors in approximately mid-June per the neighbors..

i feel like it's getting lost in the mix just how long caylee has been actually missing. even if we assume its during the 24-27th window, as per jesse's statement - its been a month already. that is a really long time. especially not to have any supposed leads, as casey is claiming, other than our wonderful zanny, that elusive .

yet she still won't talk.

i have been trying to think of something, any iota of validity, to withhold information that she knows at this point. even to try to bargain with them, to get charges reduced, offer information, whatever. and there is only one reason at this point to stay silent: she is guilty.

and anything she says can and will be used against her court.

I know! I had just watched the ritualistic chanting then read your post. I thought your remark about the exorcist wasn't far off at all given you probably hadn't seen the video yet. It was ironic as heck. lol.

Weird. Two churches sent over groups of parishoners, and the Anthonys came out with their own pastor after the other church groups left?

And what was with that woman that announced that Casey had breastfed Caylee when she was 19 years old? What does that have to do with what she may have done to her three years later?

Okay, wait. I watched this video too. Why is their church demanding the Orange County Sheriff Dept to bring Caylee home?

Don't these people know Casey has to tell them what she did with her before they can find her and bring her home?:waitasec:

My feelings EXACTLY! She is buying time. Sooner or later she is hoping to be let out and go home. She will spend her days spinning tails and keeping them going in ten different directions. How much longer can her family keep this up?
I am praying too! I am PRAYING they have enough to charge her with murder before she ever sets a foot out of jail!:furious:

Is any ole body allowed off the street to visit anybody of their choosing? No visitors list and approvals

anyone can visit someone being detained. but read a bunch of our earlier posts, i think this visit was totally weird.

It was a weird visit, especially if they supposedly haven't been in touch in ages.
Did le set it up and if they did...why?

If they didn't, why would he just show up?

Maybe we'll hear something about it at tomorrows presser.

What struck me was the focus of their chant - they were chanting that the Orange County Sheriff's Dept should bring Caylee home. Well, it's hard for LE to do their job when all they get from Casey is lies.

IMO. the anger in the chant was misplaced.

I feel the same Juliana! This whole thing is so frustrating. It is only going on because the family is in such denial! I think if they came to terms with the fact that Caylee is probably gone they might be able to handle this better.
I can't EVER remember a case like this! I don't remember Beth Holoway saying two weeks after Natalie was missing that she "WAS SURE" she was alive. She handled herself with a lot of dignity.

Caylee is their baby their heart. She has been here on earth for such a short, short time. It's wrenching them to pieces, tearing their hearts out. Cindy and George along with Lee may very well be already blaming themselves for trusting their other love Casey. This case like so many other's we see before us is heart breaking and always leave so many questions, starting with Why.

Agreed! Zanny/Zenaida is a figment of Casey's active imagination.

Let me throw this out there: I think Casey gave the wrong timeframe for her daughter being missing on purpose. She knows her activities (phone records, credit cards, etc.) are being investigated and she thinks if she gives a different time for Caylee's disappearance that it will get her off the hook because everything will look normal for the timeframe immediately following the date that she says Caylee disappeared.

On the other hand, I have a feeling that that her activities right before the car went missing will turn out to be very incriminating.

Keeping my opinion to myself.

This wasn't praying like at a normal vigil. They were demanding, like they always do. What an arrogant bunch they are! I am sorry, I have nothing against breastfeeding, but I don't really think a vigil is the time or place for someone to bring it up.

LOL Don't you know better than to question what a preacher at a vigil says?! You are going into a religious discussion now.

He is not talking in specifics of what has happened to Caylee or Casey on a reality level, only a spiritual one. "Remove the chains that bind her." sort of quote.

I agree with ya' Check! It is heartbreaking! I am a mom and a grandmom and I understand how hurt they must be. There is something so irritating though about the fact that they keep taking up for their mentally ill daughter and expecting people to feel sorry for them.

I finally watched that video and I have to say that I think it's weird too. I don't think it's as simple as a him being love-struck on Casey since middle school. She was letting her know that Mike is on her side. And when she told Patrick that it was really, really important to her to know that they are on her side. That's weird to say to someone who you supposedly have not hung with since middle school. I know she likes drama, but it did seem weird.
