well I think that sucks. I am hoping with the FBI involvement that maybe, just maybe, the prosecution could find away around that - I mean - c'mon with all the lies and wild goose chases and the cryptic messages - they could possibly pin a premeditated murder charge - but will that still bring the death penalty?

I just checked the archives at the Orlando Sentinel...nothing about a crash between August 5 and August 12...There was one crash with 4 young teens, but they were on the way to get their lips pierced.

BUT...

Does this comment from Casey to a friend sound like a grieving babymama?

Wait. Birthday party?

We speculated way back in the sands of time (last week) about Caylee’s first birthday party, based on a myspace message from Casey to her brother asking him to buy the alcohol for a party that took place on a Saturday two days after Caylee’s first birthday.

alright, so HUGE favor time.

mom is going to buy wine coolers, and she already has tons of wine, but no beer. she said she saw how expensive it is at the store, and is refusing to buy any. if i could, ****, i definitely would.

it doesn't have to be a lot, just something. i can feel the necessity of the drinks already... it's going to be a LONG day saturday.

thanks man. see ya in a couple days!

(don't know how sober i will be able to be, being stuck around dad, and what not the whole day. i feel a lot of awkwardness coming on.)

This may have dated back to the days when Jesse was still thought to be Caylee’s dad. If I recall correctly, the paternity test that confirmed he isn’t occurred early this year.

If the myspace above was about a party for Caylee, it’s kind of interesting that the grownups weren’t drinking punch.

Too many lies, increasingly unnecessary lies.
She sounds like she's relishing the situation she is in. She's getting alot of attention, can watch her parents on TV, listen to commenatary 24-7 about HER!
I expect her to be charged with homicide within the next 2 weeks; especially, as reported, LE searching in areas divulged from parents conference.

Lie? Don't let Cindy hear you use that word.....

I think you meant "mis-truths" & "half-truths".... the word "lie" is a little too... well.... accurate.

Charged with homicide YES - but without a body or with a body so badly decomposed that no cause of death can be determined no way they can go for the death penalty - which I believe everyone on here so badly would like to see

Wonder if when they bring the homicide charges down - she'll crack like the rotten egg she is?

something else Just occured to me, casey limited her visits to immediate family only. What if Zenaida wanted to visit, or someone else who has Caylee?

Can I use this as a title for a post on Missingabducted?

If there is an issue let me know, I can change it.

What a dysfunctional family! And, I come from one, so I should know!

The adults at our birthday parties drink sometimes, but it's never a big deal. We never go around begging people to bring beer and such. If we buy beer or whatever, then it's cool. If not, it's cool too.

We dont just drink non-alcoholic drinks because it's a kid's birthday party, but we dont get wasted either. Most adults can drink respectfully. She doesn't seem to be one.

I was interested in the fact that she's limited her visitors to immediate family, too. Obviously, she's not expecting Tony to come see her. I wonder if she's been writing to him, or talked to him at all?

Anyone else wondering why she is feeling so "awkward around dad"?

Look at the flag on the house - on Greta. It is at half staff.

Plus shouldn't fly the flag at night unless you have a light on it.

I'm sorry but IMO that's just not appropriate. If they want to fly a flag they should pick something else.

All points to a narcissistic personality. It's all about her. Poor her...instead of giving her child a kid's birthday party, she plans a get-together for her drinking buddies and calls it a birthday party for Caylee.

I really am beginning to loathe this biotch.

I believe this was during the period after GP's had filed for divorce. The divorce was called off late last year.

Here is my take on it. First off, isn't this around the time they might have filed for divorce? (Forgive me if that is wrong, but I am exhausted and getting ready to go to bed) I think she feels awkward around her father because SHE was the reason they were going to get a divorce. All of her DRAMA,(which seems to follow her wherever she goes) was splitting the family up. JMO

that is interesting - seeing as how he was at the jail just "wanting to make her smile" and the cryptic hand message as he stepped down from the stand at the bond hearing

I take your point.

I don't drink beer, but how much can a six-pack cost?
