Why does this silly Padilla guy think Caseys attorney will allow Casey to tell him anything? And why would she?

But, with all due respect, you have been backing up all your statements today with your own experience. You have quoted it as if you KNOW more about this with your first hand experience.
I had a tendency to do the same with abused women at first. I looked at my experiences and judged them all because of what I had been through. I begin to be shocked that though similar they aren't all the same and that some people DO LIE about their experiences.
Not criticizing you, or picking you out. Lots of folks have used their personal experiences here. I don't think it's a good idea for a lot of reasons. Their are people who lurk boards that don't need to know all of our personal experiences, ect.
Ten years from now you may be sitting in a job in which you wish you had never had these things in print. Just a thought. No harm meant to you personally.

I have no problem sharing these things as they are a part of me. I have stated time an d time again that I am basing my opinions on the fact that there is no evidence that Caylee is dead. Period. I am not using personal eexperience to back anything up. I am using the lack of evidence to back me up. As I always do.

Some people are thinking too much! NOBODY, and I mean nobody, lets someone take her kid (keep her from them), go party and have fun for over a MONTH, and never reports it for over a month if they are innocent!!

It sounds simple because it is. Don't over think this.

Well said Tracy1, and I totally agree with you!

Maybe Casey and her Bounty hunter buddy will be doing the talk show circuits!:)
I don't think Casey will put herself out there, but I can see a power struggle between the bounty dude and the smarmy spokesguy for facetime.

It would probably be brief, and ugly!

OK, now I really am leaving the house.

A shovel is in evidence, are we sure it's the one. Has LE come out and said that that is the shovel in question? Are her prints on it? Does that shovel match the marks on the shed? Does the dirt on it match the dirt in the trunk or does it match the dirt in the Anthony's backyard?

Yes, they have confirmed that shovel has been taken into evidence and there are pending tests associated with it. I'll cop to the "possible evidentiary value" of said shovel but it is indisputable that shovel, by witness account, was borrowed by Casey and is tagged as evidence in this case.

Well then I'd love to have you on my jury if I'm ever being tried for homicide. I guess I could walk into my victim's home, with 25 witnesses observing me enter the place and the same 25 people knowing that my victim is inside the place. I could kill my victim, chop him up into pieces and put him in my briefcase. Walk out of his home, again with 25 people seeing me leave the place. No one ever sees the victim after I leave his place. And I'm innocent so long as I didn't leave any forensics and I'm smart enough to dispose of the body parts.

But there are no witnesses in this case, that can say thay ever saw Casey harm her daughter in nay way. That would be the differemce.

Nothing says Caylee is dead except for the fact that NOBODY has seen her for 2 months!!!

Pretty convincing to me!:banghead:

Casey's guilt is a no brainer for me.....there is a thread for those who believe her story.....but I welcome all the discussions....they are only opinions and most are interesting

Just out of curiosity, when have I seemed to say that I know more than what the evidence says?If I have I will happily apologize.

I can't follow why this matters so much to so many posters. Who contacted who is about the most irrelevant thing about this Casey being bailed issue. Lawyers know people. And lawyers know lawyers who know people. And lawyers handling cases with this much media attention are contacted by all sorts of people.

I don't know who contacted who, or how these connections between Baez and the Padillas were made, but I can guarantee that the answers to these questions don't matter one tiny hoot.
Different things matter to different people. I can't believe you spent your time replying just to put others down.

.....and with all the other compiling evidence......totally agree

Boy, if I were Casey and I had something to hide, that bounty hunter would be super intimidating. reguardless of his motives, I personally think he is of the opinion that if she can't talk from jail, let's get her out and get something done! I watched his interview on local 6, and I think he is like the rest of us, fed up with the spin. Let's hope this gets us closer to answers. I don't think he is going to pussyfoot around with casey. If she has nothing to produce that is helpful in finding Caylee, he can always have her put back in jail and take his bond back.

Did ya hear how he said he was good at just hanging around people, cajoling info. out of them in order to track leads (something like that) - like when he's looking for someone he gets into thier "networks" of friends and gleans info. Everyone must be on edge about this development. Cindy and George, Lee and friends. Probably lots of questions going to be asked in a whole different manner than LE would. Maybe we will get some answers?

I have been tempted to offer to take down my missing persons blog if Caylee is found alive. I haven't because in all of the offerings made to the Anthony's to make this like a missing persons case with a timeline, accurate dates, correct tip line numbers, correct fliers, there has been no response. If we are wrong I will write an apology and send a donation for Caylee's college fund and hope the state takes her well being into account before giving her custody to anyone in the Anthony family.

Absolut- well said. And I am renewing my offer to make an introduction of the Anthony's privately to TES, and will commit to joining TES planned search at my own personal expense in a capacity that TES thinks I can best asisst. This would be my 4th offer of this, IIRC

Casey may overwhelm him with lies and try to manipulate him too....

What about the two cadaver dogs both hitting on the same spots? It's not just this discrete piece of evidence, or that piece of evidence, but all of it cumulatively, to me, paints an overwhelming portrait of Casey's involvement and guilt.

Did your personal case involve cadaver dogs hitting on items or places under the control of your family?
Cadaver dogs were never used in my case. They were in the first case I ever worked , Jessica Phelps, and they were blatantly wrong many times in that case. They are not infallible. And the handlers might have tipped off the dogs without meaning to. I am not saying that anything was done intentionally to cause a false positive, but it does happen. The dogs probably will not even be admissable in court.

Fine. So you're basically dismissing every single piece of evidence that is against Casey. All of it. All the evidence is wrong and everyone is lying, including Casey but Casey's lies are justifiable and so should be ignored.

So what evidence exists to support a kidnapping? And why would the evidence that you're relying on to support your theory be more credible than the evidence you're discounting?

But there are no witnesses in this case, that can say thay ever saw Casey harm her daughter in nay way. That would be the differemce.

Few murders are EVER solved with witnesses. Most people do not commit capital murder with others hanging around watching. Just doesn't happen.

Oh, and I would have convicted OJ too! Call me crazy!
