Fine. So you're basically dismissing every single piece of evidence that is against Casey. All of it. All the evidence is wrong and everyone is lying, including Casey but Casey's lies are justifiable and so should be ignored.

So what evidence exists to support a kidnapping? And why would the evidence that you're relying on to support your theory be more credible than the evidence you're discounting?

Yes, one would have to discount all the incriminating evidence , including her lying behavior, for any exculpatory evidence..of which there is NONE except no body.

And getting a 31 day jump on the cops makes finding the body in Florida where there is as much water as land, nearly impossible.

Few murders are EVER solved with witnesses. Most people do not commit capital murder with others hanging around watching. Just doesn't happen.

Oh, and I would have convicted OJ too! Call me crazy!:laugh:

me too....even some of the OJ jurors admitted they felt wrong about their decision, but felt pressure by the other jurors...

No I am not dismissing the evidence that she is a liar and very irresponsible. But neither of those make her a killer. THe evidence soesn't say that Caylee is dead. As of right now, the evidence doesn't say much of anyhting at all ight now. ANd I am not saying that Casey is a good person or an honest one. I am not saying that my theory is more credible, I am saying that it is my theory. I am not trying to change anyones mind. If I am right, the evidence will do that for me. I am not discounting anything. And the evidence that supports a kidnapping is the same evidence that supports the theory that she is dead. It's all in how you look at it.
I don't see how this is pertaining to helping Caylee, you will not change my opinion. I respectfully disagree with you and choose to move on. I hope that you are capable of the same.

Well then I'd love to have you on my jury if I'm ever being tried for homicide. I guess I could walk into my victim's home, with 25 witnesses observing me enter the place and the same 25 people knowing that my victim is inside the place. I could kill my victim, chop him up into pieces and put him in my briefcase. Walk out of his home, again with 25 people seeing me leave the place. No one ever sees the victim after I leave his place. And I'm innocent so long as I didn't leave any forensics and I'm smart enough to dispose of the body parts.

But there are no witnesses in this case, that can say thay ever saw Casey harm her daughter in nay way. That would be the differemce.

dna was rather new at the time of the OJ trial.....(not sure he would've been convicted neway).....but now days, dna is more respected and I don't think ms. casey will escape it

Why does this silly Padilla guy think Caseys attorney will allow Casey to tell him anything? And why would she?

I wish that when he stepped off the plane tomorrow, there were no reporters there. Or at the jail. or anywhere around. I think if everyone showed no interest in this, he'd turn right around and head back to California. The more I read about this guy's history, the more I'm convinced he couldn't care less about Caylee. He just likes to see his goofy face on TV

What do u feel about the scott peterson case?.....IF lacy and baby would not have washed ashore, then scott MIGHT be a free man today.....but he was guilty and his actions, just like casey's, show it.....

Well now we're talking in circles because I already suggested that's it's ridiculous to think that a person can't be convicted of homicide without a body and forensics. This kind of thinking will only reward murderers who are able to hide all forensic evidence of their crimes.

I wasn't aware that we were supposed to be helping Caylee. Most of us are thousands of miles away from Orlando, in any event. This is a message board to discuss the case, to bounce ideas off each other and even disagree. Truthfully, none of this is helping Caylee. Doesn't take anything away from this wonderful forum. I hope you're mature enough to read this comment without overreacting with some childish repsonse that I don't care about Caylee.
