I am willing to bet that based on his posts, LE called him and are interviewing him.. To my knowledge, LE has not spoken to the GGMA about the stolen checks FROM HER checkbook..

Or her bank. It's not showing up anywhere yet.

As I understand it, the police report necessitates the bank's involvement based on them returning the money, closing the account, etc..

We know she posted that it had been returned and she was filing a police report, which if she did, I cannot find.. There's a reason for that then, and if she in fact is not pressing charges....

Do we know how long Amy H and Casey were friends, or is this one of the newer group?

LP said in his interviews before that even if she didn't talk in the first week or 5 days, they wouldn't revoke the bond and send her back to jail. So if the plan holds, she will be out until she shows up for trial of the pending charges. Unless other things intervene, like a violation, more charges, etc.

And my vote on coming out attire: nothing flashy, for a poor, young, bereft, imprisoned on a whim of LE young lady.

Hasn't Casey sort of indicated that she doesn't trust the police? Wasn't that the reason for her request for the FBI? It is beginning to sound like like a set up for reasonable doubt, and hints of LE involvement to me.

Yes, and Team Baez has been tooting that horn louder, along with the kidnapping theory. I hope JG has a good alibi and an even better attorney.

Does anyone have any info if this case has gone to a grand jury? Allot could be going on that we don't know about. I know grand jurys meet in private, but we could find out if they are in session

Yes, the BIL must not know, because he would have gotten some money after 10 years. He would have to pay taxes on it tho. I know I did.

I think Amy has been too quiet.

Was the home Amy and her boyfriend were living in across from the Sawgrass apartments and did JP Chatt live with them?

I think they are scared. Team Baez is preparing to name someone(s) to divert suspiscion away from Casey.

I think she would wear the same thing coming out as she wore coming in. They'll hand her back her belongings. Unless of course Cindy has sent some clothes and "moms veggie soup"

Of course, they have a ton of her clothes sitting in evidence. Perhaps she could pick something from there.

I also believe they are talking to him whether he is who he claims to be or not. And if he is not who he claims to be, I would not want to be in his shoes.

Gizzy, I really think it's him, but short of defamation on the behalf of the Anthony's I don't think he would be opent to any violations for posting on a Public Domain anyway. I could not pick my jaw up off the floor after reading that stuff...

Is today the day we find out if Casey's mental or not? Or is it just that she has to be considered a danger to someone and if does not matter if she's mental? lol. I'm thinking about the evaluation. One of the guys on Greta last night mentioned the other evaluation test was sealed FOR A REASON. Does that mean that if she was without mental problems then it would not have been sealed? Just wondering about whether she is mentally defective or not, or if it is just that she is that COLD. thanks.

and another thing bothering me big time is... who in their right minds lets someone drive their car with out a drivers license?? why would CA and GA and amy h let her drive their autos without dl?? this could bankrupt them all if something would of happened.

I would imagine she did. Rick said that Great-grandma (Cindy's mom) was really PO'd with cindy and casey and that Cindy wasn't talking to her anymore. He did say that OSCO did go speak with her right after it all broke.
