She has 20 minutes from reaching the houes to call in for activation of the monitoring system. Can't get very far in 20 minutes.

...and you would think at least one news outlet will have helicopter surveillance of her motorcade...so we'll ALL know where she holed up!

In a Greta/Shep conversation yesterday, she expressed the opinion that the people putting up money now may have an expectation of getting paid down the road, with money from selling the story, etc. And then there is publicity, national publicity. According to LP, he is the individual paying the bond premium to his nephew, the bondsman, and thus to the local guy. He doesn't expect to lose it from her fleeing, because he's watching her. Baez?? Cindy told us on TV not to worry about how he's getting paid. He can donate his time for free, work pro bono, but might have some arrangement to get expenses paid now, or later. They may later ask the state to pay if more serious charges are filed, and they should need experts, etc. Someone with experience in this kind of situation, like maybe a spokesperson, may have given advice or helped engineer what's going on. Who knows? I don't think any of them have zero expectation of ever recovering what they've spent.

Baez is so arrogant. Sad thing is, he's really doing his job with instructing everyone to not be questioning his client. He can't stop the family from it though.

The thing is...HIS client knows where Caylee is and he doesn't want her to tell anyone! I bet I know why!

Yeah, you wonder why Baez isn't talking more about how getting Casey out will now make it possible to find Caylee. It should be easy. With Casey's help, Caylee should be back by dinner. :furious: I can't believe this thieving, lying, obstructing, baby-losing woman is getting out of jail. Where is the justice in that?! Nowhere.

The safehouse hasn't been cleared yet, so she will be going to her parents. If she is released to a safehouse at any point, I think that it is illegal for the media to release the whereabouts. I know it is here, not sure about FL. Does anyone know for sure?

I was 'vested' after 10 years when I left LE, and I got my money in a lump sum. No monthly check, tho.

Gotta keep our fingers crossed that something comes up and Casey DOES NOT walk out that door!

(if she does get out, they may let her go out the back door of the jail like when they escort inmates to court. The car could pick her up right outside the back gate - Padilla's helpers.)

No, and he makes it sound as if Cindy won't talk to any of them because they ask her too many questions. And try to point the facts out to her. IMO, it sounds like the family is very concerned and want to help. But their kind of help isn't wanted.

Hasn't Casey sort of indicated that she doesn't trust the police? Wasn't that the reason for her request for the FBI? It is beginning to sound like like a set up for reasonable doubt, and hints of LE involvement to me.

If this is true,.. won't Cindy and George tell her that the bugs are there? I am sure if that was the case Baiz knows right? And he will tell Casey not to talk about Caylee at all to anyone! that pizzes me off!

The house might've been bugged covertly, based on LE warrants approved by a Judge. While the family and Baez might suspect as much, they would not receive official confirmation from LE. It's supposed to be a secret.
