Didn't take long did it? We were told that Casey was the one who would help find her -- now the public is being asked.

People would be happy to help find her if Casey would give us ONE CREDIBLE lead.

Wow... never would have guessed this.

I suggest that the Anthony's get off THEIR asses and go find her!

I don't think he would have any. Baez cannot claim it to be an "interrogation" and I believe that Leonard or anyone else is free to ask her anything they desire unless it is stipulated otherwise in the agreement which would only be a "Breach of Contract" issue. Right? Or am I totally pulling stuff out of the air and pretending to know something about how the law works?! LOL

LOL, unless BH is a licensed PI acting on engagement by the defense attorney in this case he is sbject to subpoena as any other witness in this case... The attorney Client Privlege extends to lic. principals of the defense team and the Client themsleves, period..

Not sure it matters that they limited her phone time per call --- as long as she has access to her myspace/facebook/nail polish/blowdryer....

Plus --- it'd be difficult for her to call anyone since she "lost" her SIM card.....

eh, eh, eh... that's not what they said, they SAID... they had not discussed or entertained (paraphrasing) immunity for ANYONE involved in this case.. And that was true then.. I dont think they can rule out his entire culpability yet, imo... Meaning was he there when "it" happened or just part of the removal or both.. Again I say GJ.. This will all turn around quickly when they indict or arrest..imo

Ooooo...yes! I do stand corrected! Then I suppose they will "entertain" it as a possibility down the road except for Casey. Interestingly enough, they haven't mentioned clearing anyone in this case yet...except TonE, that particular ZG, and Lee that I can recall hearing about. (Maybe not even Lee come to think about it.) Anyone else I left out?

That's sort of the way I saw it too.

BH said he wasn't going to step on Baez's neck (his terminology) but if they don't have a contract, then there is nothing legally to stop BH from questioning Casey with or without Baez present.

So, my sleuthing point is -- if BH doesn't question Casey, then there's a very high probability that there is a contract between BH and Baez. That raises whole new attorney ethical issues doesn't it?

Maybe they think the public should help search for Caylee by giving them money to do their secret stuff with their secret authorities? Otherwise, what can we do? A grid search in the area where they've been watching the kidnappers maybe, if only they'd tell us. Why would Baez want to keep this a a secret until his opening statement at trial? a lot of bad things could happen to Caylee by then? It's all defense strategy to blame someone else and they really think everyone is stupid.

Casey is restricted to living in her family's home with some exceptions allowed for going to work, church and any pre-approved appointments. A representative of the Padillas will remain with Casey Anthony 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
