IMO a lot of the BIG players in this know a whole lot more than has ever been released. Things are happening behind the scenes at a lightning pace. I was just saying that maybe it was just set up to "do" these interviews while Cindy and George are out of town thus allowing Casey home alone (with the female BH of course) to see what type of reactions come out of this show - and back to Casey. Since she is only allowed 5 minute phone calls - this reaction could come via internet? Just thinkg out loud here.

The only real facts we have are those presented in court by LE. I never want to lose sight of that.

Yep, IIRC Jose was in NY crusin' around on Geraldo's yacht, LP should had Jose just bring Caylee home.

Wonder if Geraldo is searching around NY??

Well, obviously, I can't prove it. But I do find it strange that shortly after that comment was posted about her mood, what 30 minutes ago, someone changed the mood on her profile from "scared" back to "worried". Coincidence, or is Casey reading here right now?

and yes, it COULD be Lee, BUT
1. no one logged into that account since the 12th until Casey came back
2. the mood changed from "worried" to "scared"

That's enough for me, folks.

Can anyone prove Casey murdered Caylee? No, but there is plenty of reason to suspect it.

Lee is connected in the entertainment industry (IIRC it was limo services etc.) and I believe that may be his connection to Tony L.

Where are you getting that? No one has said anything except speculation as to where he is acquiring the ping records. He said he paid for them so I am guessing it is a legitimate thing or he wouldn't be announcing it all over national television.

Here's where I get it from: On Geraldo,Padilla said that he will be able to track the movements of Amy and Ricardo and Jesse and the whole rest of that crew with the ping records and technology that he now has. He can't track their movements with Casey's records alone, which I assume he has obtained legitimately. He needs Amy's and Ricardo's and Jesse's etc records to track the movements of Amy and Ricardo and Jesse etc.

So how does he get their records legally? I've no doubt that he could obtain those records. But legally?

So I don't know what you mean by "specualation". LP either has those records legally with the consent of the crew (and I don't see why they would release their ping records to LP) or illegally. Or he doesn't have those records, in which case he's not pinging anybody.

The only other possibility is that our ping records are available for public sale, legally. And this makes no sense to me at all.

Going back to the beginning, and what we do know...............

On the day that Casey was arrested, July 16th, she mad a phone call home from jail. On that call she was very angry, first with Cindy, then with Lee and finally with Christine. She demanded Tony's phone number. Getting Tony's phone number was the most important thing. Casey knew Lee was at the house because she had been watching television at the jail and saw Lee's girlfriend's car parked in front of the Anthony house. If Lee had Tony's phone number, I think we can conclude that Lee is somehow connected to Tony too.

Secondly, there's the police affidavit that was released shortly after Casey's arrest. In that affidavit, Tony had already been interviewed by LE and according to that report had called Amy and urged her to call LE too.

She even said: Tony isn't there, is he? And Lee answered no. Yes. She was desperately wanting to talk to Tony. Tony found out all was going down when police showed up at his place. But I don't know what any of this means.

Let's say Casey was sitting in Orlando and called TonE in NY. Would the ping records show the path of the towers used to complete the call, starting with the Orlando tower and ending with the tower in NY? In other words, would it be possible to tell where the receiving phone was located?

Don't these calls bounce off satellites?

They do, but the pings only record where the phone is located specifically. TonE's phone in NY would be doing the same thing. However, you could not receive pings from TonE's phone along the pathway to get to Casey's. Make sense? The only purpose pings serve is to locate the phone and connect the service. The triangulation specifically pinpoints what towers are being used to do this. When you move, other towers pick up the ping along your route.

From what I gathered from that time frame.......and the phone call, Lee's girlfriend know Tony somehow and had a way to contact Tony. So imo, I wonder if Thats how casey got hooked up with Tony- thru mutual friends maybe?

Wow, first of all, JESSE was NEVER NEVER named. Second, he has PIs that he works with as well as many firms out there that offer the ping information out there for cost. So he can get the ping records. If you look back through this thread and click on some of the links, you will see this. He does NOT need their consent to get their PING records. And yes, all of our ping records are for sale. Google cell phone ping records and you will see for yourself...............

Lee took over ALL the family sites including Casey's. He goes through to receive "tips" and "leads" probably frequently. So I think you are off on that process of elimination theory there.

Not a myspacer so, if a myspace is set to private don't you have to login to your own account then get the owner of the private site to accept your friend request before you can post on the page so isn't making the page private defeating the purpose of being able to get tips and leads? Unless they expect all the tips to come from people who are already accepted as friends?

I don't know that is why I am asking.

DianeB, now that my memory has been refreshed - during Greta's show in which she interviewed Clint, there was a local reporter that she spoke to as well that evening. The local reporter knew Clint and had spoken with him earlier in the day about being on the show that night. Clint told this reporter that Tony was not at all happy that he was going to give the interview and made a comment to the effect "so this is how you want to play it." Those words have been nagging at me all day.

Play it? Play what? Is this a game to Tony? I assume that Clint would have spoken to the FBI as well and yet he was allowed to speak to the media. Why wouldn't Tony be allowed to speak? And why would Tony care, especially given the fact that Clint had nothing but good things to say about Tony? These questions have been nagging at me.

Now you mention it, you're right. Play what?

And how odd that he used the same phrase Cindy did with Casey when she was on hold during that first 911 call.

Last log in was 8/23 and it is still worried. Anyone can log into that account that has the login/password. Lee has that information as do the police and JB.

Anyone, anywhere can BUY anything they want. I do public records research and you would be shocked at the people's social security numbers I have - much less Green Cards, Drivers license #'s, etc. etc. etc. And some I have are huge A list celebrities! When I find those I usually contact them or their attorneys so they can act upon it. Its out there. With LP and RD being in the business they are in - I am quite sure they can get whatever it is they want, fairly quickly - which could explain the "relaxed - sittin' around the RV chillin' " attitude yesterday in the RV interviews. They had the info ordered and were just waiting for it to come back. Watchin' the weather comment I thought was "cute".

It means she was worried about losing her boyfriend! (Which obviously was a done deal the minute she went to jail.)

I was just on her page and the date was yesterday. I didn't see the online marker and the note on the page saying it would not be updated had Lee's signature. If she is online I would expect that she has set up a new account. My daughter has 2 as do most of her friends.

He NEVER said he was going to get anyone's pings except for Casey's!!

Okay. So if that's precisely what he said, then how is he going to track their movements with Casey's records. The most he will get from Casey's records are the phone numbers of the other five people. He won't have their ping information. So he won't know where they were when they were on the phone with Casey.

And even if he can get their ping records ... so what? LE presumably scrutinized those records long ago.
