A PI has the ability to purchase various records. They subscribe to all kinds of databases and services. Their license gives them access that you or I would not be able get.

Criminal convictions? Yes. Dep't. of Motor Vehicle Records? Certainly.

Phone records? I'm skeptical.

It means she was worried about losing her boyfriend! (Which obviously was a done deal the minute she went to jail.)

The police visited Tony's apartment very early on the morning of the 16th, hours before Casey's bizarre Universal stunt and subsequent arrest.

Cindy said she heard Casey talking on the phone in her room on the morning of the 16th, shortly after the police dropped her off after her apartment-hunt stunt.

What are the odds one of those phone conversations was with Tony, who filled her in on his visit from LE?

Anyone, anywhere can BUY anything they want. I do public records research and you would be shocked at the people's social security numbers I have - much less Green Cards, Drivers license #'s, etc. etc. etc. And some I have are huge A list celebrities! When I find those I usually contact them or their attorneys so they can act upon it. Its out there. With LP and RD being in the business they are in - I am quite sure they can get whatever it is they want, fairly quickly - which could explain the "relaxed - sittin' around the RV chillin' " attitude yesterday in the RV interviews. They had the info ordered and were just waiting for it to come back. Watchin' the weather comment I thought was "cute".

No one's saying that these records are unobtainable. That was never the point of discussion. It's incredibly obvious that a person with enough determination, knowhow, connection and cash can get this stuff. Everybody knows that and we're all in agreement on that point.

The question is whether a private individual can obtain those records legally, without the consent or knowledge of the account holder. Legally!

Quick Attack, look at the date it was yesterday. If someone is online right this minute the online icon will show.

Well in most cases it does mean that theyre online, but you can disable it and I always did mine.

That's the way I read it too. It definitely says the 5 people's activity and then all the way up to NY. I don't see how they could get that info from just Casey's phone unless Casey was in contact with whoever from here to there.

Maybe I need to read it again.

Yes, however...Baez et al aren't privy to those records from LE so they have to get their own!
