Right. But what we DO so know is: They have not had their face on camera ad nauseam helping to spread lies and misconceptions while protecting Casey and hindering LE investigation into what happened to Caylee.

They have been cooperating with LE from day one.

Much more than I can say for Casey or her family.

They are not guilty by association and I feel that it is wrong to keep insinuating that they are.

Exactly....which is why I keep saying that until I read all the friends' statements and am convinced they are consistent with each other and the evidence, I'm not jumping to any conclusions about them one way or the other.

I just don't think we know enough about them to be exonerating them just based on some presumption that they must have also been Casey's victims.

I noticed that as well. Must be some things in there he doesn't want anyone to know.

Tony's call was to say that police are now in on this and you should call them -- cause just like me -- they're going to come talk to you.

Holy cow! I answer the phone, and I am six pages behind in 10 minutes. You guys are unreal!

So my morbid question about the dumpster is this: Other than evidence of a body, what would STILL be in a dumpster a month later when they find out Caylee is missing? As far as that is concerned, finding the body in a dumpster still might only mean a charge of child neglect/endangerment unless they could PROVE Casey had "done the deed."

Also keep in mind she was staying at Tony's during this time as well. She may have went to Amy's when she was pretending to go to work. Clint the roommate said Casey said that Caylee was with her grandparents, so no red flags about being with the GP. When I was little I would stay at mine GPs house all the time for weeks. One thought I had, on the Oveijo house its listed for sale for $550,000 is that the house they were planning to move into. The rent on that would be quite steep for two 20 somethings. Also the area behind the house is very overgrown and woodsy.

I looked up that particular Oviedo house on the Seminole County Property Appraisers website and the owners' names did not sound familiar to anyone involved in the case. I think that house on Lake Jessup was just a rental property but I could be entirely wrong.

I'm right along with you. ;-) I think those are the facts I gathered. Lots of theories and questions being tossed out but no more facts, as far as I gathered. Oh but Blink is working with TP to get TES involved so that could turn out to be a wonderful turn of events!

I do have a question as to this though. Blink, will you know if Cindy turns them down?

In general, TES will only get involved at the request of LE and/or the family. My guess is that if they are turned down, they will keep mum about it. They are not here to cause any drama or complicate the case, they are simply 100% about finding the person who is missing.
I don't think anyone will know if TES is turned down. But IMO, there is NO reason for TES to not be able to search for Caylee, and if they DO get involved, we WILL know that. JMO
