Go to the Documents forum and scroll down to you see "Index of Sorts". There is a breakdown of what is where. It's not perfect but it will at least get you to where you need to be.

And thank you very much for that, Patty G, I saw that today.

That's a good question. Bones are living tissue in our bodies. I would think that if the death were related to the broken bones found it could be determined when the break occurred; or if the break may have resulted in a death. I'm thinking of how a person can be determined to have drowned or been placed in water after death, i.e. water found in lungs. Maybe with the blood circulation that bones have there is a way to determine this.

Yes, you can tell - there will be a bruising or hemorrhage around the soft tissue where the bone is. Sometimes you cant see it on the outside on the skin, but if you incise the tissue where the break is you can see the bruising. You see alot of this in shaken baby syndrome.

I keep checking the Orlando news sites hoping to see some updated information.

Something that is bothering me now..
http://www.local6.com/news/17313064/detail.html

Okay, I understand that the LP is now second guessing himself. Why in this world would he even have RD escort Casey anywhere?
I think its time for them to go home. Allow TP to decide wether its time to put her butt back in jail or not, and allow this crazy family to protect her.
There is no point in putting RD in the line of fire from reporters, Baez, Casey, or her warped family any longer.

True they're just enabling her at this point.
Take the focus off Casey and put it on Caylee.
All time and energy should go to finding Caylee.
Let Casey fend for herself.

Casey isn't helping anyone EVER in locating her daughter. Her daughter is dead by her own hand in my opinion and Casey will NEVER admit to that ever. That is part of her sickness. She will take what happened to her grave. If the mystery is to be solved, LE or someone else will have to do it. Casey doesn't want her child found, ever. Just more to implicate her and show what a liar she is.

I think it is probably more likely that aliens will land on the White House lawn tomorrow than KC will ever tell the truth.

I was just wondering aloud if Tony might still be holding out some hope.

is everyone else sitting here waiting for the next bombshell to go off? i mean monday was the docs, yesterday was the LE Tony. what's next??

exactly....another reason why the interview with kiomarie is really, really, really bugging me. Something is not right.

If I recall right, Kiomarie said the Casey that called her needed money because she was having problems with her boyfriend. That might explain the d/c number, she may have moved out and had the phone d/c or vice versa.

35 days in jail was easier than saying Kiomarie has my kid, or Amy took her to Purto Rico? As far as we know from what Jose said yesterday, Casey is sticking to the original statements about handing her off to the babysitter. She hasn't opened up at all. Her family, her atty's and LP have put out other theories about what Casey has said.

Thanks for doing that. Let us know if you find out anything more.

I'm wondering why the bond can't be revoked? Can Tony 1, 2, or 3 rescind his bail?

jeff hopkins yes

juliette lewis no

I've read everything and my head is swimming lol. One question I have, that I haven't seen answered is if LE confirmed if Casey had called Jeff Hopkins several times to see if he had seen or heard from ZG, as she wrote in her statement.

Does anybody know?

Thank you

I am "hung up" on Casey's written statement where she says: "short conversation on June 12, 2008 with ZG, I was never able to check on the status or well-being of my daughter. ZG never made an attempt to expalin why "Caylee is no longer in Orlando, or if she is ever going to bring her home."

I have always, always wondered about Jacksonville!

YES!! I've been a lurker since day 1 - I read the threads constantly everyday looking for new information. It's like a big puzzle and everyone is finding another piece of the puzzle - one day I hope the puzzle will be completed and we see the real picture, I'm afraid it won't be a pretty one though.

Interesting observation. Did she run the car for the AC while Caylee was sleeping? Maybe that's why she ran out of gas. Was she inside the car with Caylee or outside the car doing God knows what. She didn't have Caylee with her when she went to take a shower at Jesse's, right?

No she did not and this is why I wish Jesse remembered the actual date instead of a range. I am positive LE has a calendar of days and for each date after the 6/9 they have a note telling them where Caylee was that night, like if she slept over the GPs home on June 9th or if she slept at Lazzaro's and also has placed Casey at the location where she was on those dates and I am sure there were dates where Caylee WAS NOT with GPs and NOT with Caylee and NOT with any other friend, then I am sure when they got to 6/15 it was clear she was gone.

So, possibly his two interviews with detectives were not really interviews but just water cooler chats and do not carry the same burden of required truth?
Sounds a bit fishy but I guess I can go with it.

See, this is why I was saying I find it hard to explain. Lots of people lie to police, file a false statement, even, and don't get arrested. If they did, we would really have an overpopulation problem at prisons. I think this is a charge they can use, if they so choose, depending on how much the lies affect the investigation. Kind of like when a person gets pulled over for speeding, sometimes they get a warning. It is an option that is available, but doesn't have to be enforced. In the case of Casey, they chose to enforce it, as this is a serious situation, and they want to press as many charges as will stick against her, and probably to use as a lever to get accurate information out of her. On the other hand, arresting this deputy because he lied, what do they have to gain by that? They fired him, point made. JMO

And Casey is sleeping in her own bed at night with a hot shower, shampoo, and a good meal.

And her daughter is in her grave. Makes me ill.

Obviously, there is no doubt in my mind Caylee is dead. Accident or on purpose, doesn't matter at this point.

what gets me is she said june 12th but we already know that it didn't happen since cindy took caylee to the nursing home on june 15th.

Thank you. I thought this to be the case since bones do bleed and this should be evident in skeletal remains. Also, the type of fracture may determine cause of death such as hyoid bone fracture/strangulation.

But George already knew that Caylee was missing.

If the impound lot employee's recollection is accurate, he knew before he got his gas into that sunfire - she heard him tell the impound manager that they'd found their daughter but their granddaughter was missing.

This tells me that phone contact was made with Casey after they were aware that the car was towed, but they didn't know where she was. What did she tell them about Caylee?

The phone records for the days leading up to Cindy's little visit to Tony's apartment must be very interesting.

Does anybody find it strange he had just happened to have those gas cans in his car?
