Hello everyone: Forgive me for asking. I actually went and did something normal tonight and went to dinnner with my Mom and sisters. I didn't see the news conference. Can someone give me a quick recap. Everything here in NY is the convention again. THANKS

It doesn't take alot to drain a pool......but it would be messy.
Then to refill it would take some time. Plus LE woukld be able to check with the WATER Co on there usage.

Wouldn't you normally drain a pool into the street? Neighbors might remember that. What kind of pool do they have? They do also have "nothing" behind them.

In Lee's statement he said that Casey's car was in the garage. Then we heard her car is normally outside. So why did George take it into the garage? Was it to attempt to get rid of the smell? Or to clean it before LE was called?

I have have no doubt that the car was cleaned as thoughly as they could. And IF they knew it had been towed prior than the same day they found her.....it would be spotless, with the factory installed carpet missing from the trunk....JMO

Cindy will continue to be an enabler to her murdering daughter and KC will never take responsibility for Caylee's death, she doesn't know how to...she has never been taught that basic concept of human behavior.

Im sure in KC's head, she blames Cindy for Caylee's death, rationalizing that if her mom would have babysat, Caylee would still be alive. So therefore KC, in her own mind, isnt responsible.

Funny...even Mickey Sherman, defense attorney for years, says that the amount of time Casey is spending with Baez is excessive. He just shook his head and said he didn't know what they would be discussing. Indicating Baez is giving her a place to hang out outside of her mothers house!

Why would the lawyer do this? To make sure she keeps her mouth shut so it doesn't blow his chance to be in the limelight of a big time trial.

I think JB is keeping her at his office as a strictly "babysitting" situation. LP said today that she is "crazy". He has seen and heard a whole lot prob from RD. This girl right now is mentality a mess. She lives in her own world. So, I think she is prob comfortable being at her "attorney's" office. Since she is "ok" there - that's where they take her. I bet being at home with CA GA and GCA - huge powder keg just waiting. Why can't they take her back tomorrow?

Does anyone else think that maybe Cindy knows that Casey is going to take the immunity deal and that is why she is saying Casey won't be going back to jail on Saturday?

The tension in that household must be unbearable and I think that is why Cindy is lashing out at the media so much. She is stuck in that house with her daughter who will not tell her anything and there is nothing she can do about it. She is going through the normal stages of grief right before our eyes. I look at her and see a devasted person. I see a mother trying to protect her daughter, and wanting so much to believe her because the alternative is unimaginable.
Unfortunately Casey never gave Caylee the same security or love.

So let her blow. Maybe something would come out of it. At worst she will have a total breakdown, not that she is proably far off from it now. To allow her to live in this state without help does not help bring back Caylee. Just my opinion. When we put my sister in the loony-bin she shut right up. She felt safe. It was when we all facing her across the table that she spit out the most helpful things.

Boy is that an understatement!!! We KNOW for a fact that Cindy has the ability to get angry with Casey - she called 911 and told them "the car smelled like a dead body had been in it" - bet she regrets that now..... I can just imagine the tension that has to surround the dinner table with George, Cindy and Casey sitting down to eat.

George: "Hi, honey, how was your day?"
Cindy: "Just peachy! Hammered some Do Not Trespass signs in the yard to liven it up a bit. How was your day George?"
George: "Very restful, thank you. I hid in the garage behind the trash cans full of rotting pizza."
Casey: "Can you guys just SHUT THE "F" UP??? Why IS everything about YOU and Caylee???? Geesh!"
Cindy: "CASEY THAT is IT!!! I will not tolerate another bad word out of your mouth. Go to bed without your supper."

Sad, but I bet it is close to that dysfunctional.

Doesn't it seem really odd that Cindy & Caylee are in the same little house & neither talk about the situation? That is so bizarre I can't even wrap my mind around it. It must be like they are strangers passing by each other. I have not seen any of them shed a tear for Caylee. That is soooooo wrong. Each one of them is totally wrapped up in their own world. What that poor baby must have gone through.

I did think at one time that Lee was more "normal", but when he speaks now it shows that he too is tainted & damaged.

Even if she took the immunity deal she would still go back to jail, if the bond is revolked. (sp?) I think Cindy is just in major denial. MAJOR denial. She spits words out without thinking, says what she wants to believe. I think she will have a break down before this is all said and done. Seriously.

Cindy should be thanking the media for keeping Caylee fresh in the public eye. She should be thanking all of the strangers that are taking time from their personal lives to help search for her granddaughter.

She shouldnt be accusing people, questioning people and telling the media to leave them alone. Her behavior, to me, is disgusting.

Funny, I seem to remember another mother of a murderer standing in her front lawn, telling the media off and sticking up for her "golden boy"

Cindy seems to be reading straight from Jackie Petersons "how to be the mother of a murderer" handbook and I cant wait for the day when the smugness is erased from her face, just as her daughter erased her granddaughter.

And I think she's carrying a blanket, pillow and laptop in that backpack Baez probably has a small conference room set up just for her to use to watch tv, surf the net (so she can find Caylee like she says she can), and take napee poos.

yes u would i have a pool and it would be impossible to drain a pool and bury a body under it cause u take a risk of the liner shrinking and then you would have to make sure no wrinkles are in it amd u need a shop vac for that i have had to have 2 liners replaced in mine so this i no what i am talking about its just not possible for casey to have done that

Publicly condemning her might not change the out come, but publicly stomping her prissy arese in the front yard in front of all the TV cameras certainly would raise her worth in my eyes........Both of her parents are hiding something and they need to be prosecuted with Casey.

There is a LOT more going to come out and when it does, I am going to be saying "I told you so."
