Heck it bothers me.
The girl has some serious issues and you cannot make your children do anything past a certain age.
Blind love part I agree, sad but sometimes yu cannot help who you love especially if it is your child, I am guilty of that. (Although when they do something that I feel is wrong I do tell them and we do not know what is going on behind closed doors.)

Thier lives as they knew it is OVER, they are living this nightmare they did not choose.

They made choices. They chose not to let Casey put Caylee up for adoption as Casey had wanted to do.
Cindy was just on Inside Edition, stating Caylee is alive

OMG. I have so muuuuccch to be doing and I am not. I feel guilty. I can not stop. I am going to log off in 10 more minutes.

I'm in the minority here when I say this, but I don't think Cindy deserves so much vitriol. I do think she needs to wake up and smell the coffee so to speak, but once she faces reality, she loses two people forever. Maybe I'm just a softie. :(

I agree. She is in denial because I bet she feels so much GUILT not because she is guilty but because she "let" this happen. She probably got frustrated and told Casey that if she wanted to be a big girl and be out all the time then she needed to take Caylee with her, hoping she'd be back the next day or week. When she didn't come back she called her to come back but Casey was "on vacation". She probably feels partially responsible for not trying to find Casey/Caylee sooner and because of that it's causing the denial/damage control. She's protecting Casey because she probably feels responsible and that is probably due to Casey telling her "Well if you wouldn't have yelled at me I never would have left"

Whoah, George says in that video that it was someone elses body in that trunk and not Caylee's...Padilla changes his mind about revoking the bond........brownies anyone???

I think you mean that is your opinion? Because in my opinion, I can see no reason to not put that interview out there. Unless it was likely to compromise an ongoing investigation (and I can't see how it would), there would be no reason to keep it from the defence. IMOO
 
As far as that bond hearing Cindy said she did not know about the notice of the letter until either the 7/14 or the 7/15. I can't remember which. I would have to listen to it again to be sure. The notice would had have some mention of whom the letter was from. Sometimes when you go to the PO to pick up registered or certified letters they are not there is the mailperson has them with them to attempt another delivery. Then you have to come back after the mailperson has returned any undeliverabel mail from that day. It's happen to me a couple of times. I missed the my mailman and then went to the PO but the mailman still had to letter so I had to go back the next morning to get it.
I wish I knew what the procdedure is for tow compaines in Fl to notify and how would they do that if the car is locked. They would have to be able to run the plates through a system to get name and address of resgistered owner. How long does that take and how long do they have by law to do that?

I don't understand why none of the Anthony's have taken advantage of all the media attention to ASK - BEG - PLEAD for Caylee's return. If they believe she is still alive why are they not ASKING for her?

"Tomorrow is her birthday and we want her here for that."
"Mac and cheese is her favorite food so please give her that."
"She needs her favorite blanket and it is here."

I thought I was crazy and I dreamed this email. But you found it!! Anyhoo... did anyone else notice that CASEY has had LIMITED immunity from July 29th to August 28th and the last email WAS AN EXTENSION until Tuesday???

If this is correct.. then if she has not spoken in a month.. what makes anyone think she will speak now??? If the DNA is DEFINITELY CAYLEE's then they would just re-arrest without bond for murder. But if the DNA can not be CONCLUSIVELY be determined to be CAYLEE'S they only have neglect and obstruction charges that will give her at least 5 years.

Looking from a defense point of view... keep quiet, take the charges they have you on now, get out in 5-6 years or... speak... risk a chance that a body is found with possible cause and now be held on murder charges. If I was a defense attorney I would keep my client quiet until the day of the trial and make them PROVE my client was guilty. Without accurate DNA results all we have is "human decomp in the car" and a missing child. It is "Reasonable Doubt" to say.. could say someone stole the child, Casey did not know what to do and secretly was relieved, lied to cops because she knew they would try to pin this on her and the tow company "loaned out the car" for 15 days and someone else moved a dead body.. Wasn't there another dead body recently found in Orlando??? Maybe they should test to see if that body has fibers from Casey's car on it.
Odd to the tow truck guy points that out BEFORE they get to the car... Hmm. the Amscot people SURELY would have noticed a smell. All the defense needs is REASONABLE DOUBT.

I know that Casey will get her dues on judgement day. However, keep in mind that if something accidental happened to one of our kids and we filed a report immediately the COPS will look at us(moms-dads) as a possible suspect. Scary but true. There job is to make a crime prosecutable. God forbid I do hope I would get a good defense lawyer.

However, that being said... if I was on the lawyer or victim on the prosecuting side. Then I would want only to be able to PROVE beyond a REASONABLE DOUBT. I will always hope Caylee is alive if she is not found. But if she is not found I hope they can prove who and how.

They should have called LE the minute an angry Casey left with Caylee (if that is actually the way it happened...which I don't believe.) They could have admitted the fight with Casey that took place over that weekend as per the neighbor instead of lying about it. IF LE had been called in from the onset...we would not be sitting here today. Yes...it would have been better if they had called in someone before that 31 days...but certainly after the first day. This child was in DANGER and no one saw fit to protect her! :furious::furious::furious:

I think people putting them under a microscope now is not only acceptable, but essential!! ALL of them!! Time to take a closer look at their involvement, imo. Time to magnify what they are hiding and crank up the burners underneath them so the truth comes out for the sake of finding this child to give her some dignity in death.
