In some article at the Orlando Sentinal (WS went down when I was trying to post it over the weekend), it mentioned that George was working as a security guard. It mentioned a couple of places he had worked in the past. Someone might be able to track it down as a place to start to find out the timeline of his schedule.

I was also hoping there would be some 'break' in this case over the weekend. I celebrated my dear friend's little boy's 2nd birthday Saturday and another friend had a baby - same day and it made me sad at the same time for little Caylee. I can't stop obsessing over this case!

I think regarding George's schedule, I'm sure LE will have verification of when he was at work that day and can verify his whereabouts. And yes, I believe there is some sort of cover-up with the parents, not because they are evil people, but because they are in some sort of state of shock and don't want to believe Casey could be behind Caylee's disappearance. I fear what may happen to them when the truth comes out as we think it may.

What I want to know is, what time did Cindy call Amy that day after they got the car and how long before she ended up calling 911? I find it very strange that with Caylee missing and her daughter suddenly showing up that Cindy would stop in the middle of all of this to do a load of laundry. What's up with that? Either they stunk really badly or she's helping her out - or both.

I think the possibility that Caylee drowned accidently on June 16th, and thus the reason for the flurry of phone calls to Gm and Gp is not likely since there were thunderstorm starting around 2:20pm until about 4:00 pm that day.

Hard to tell, was the Focus the first thing (lie) Casey told LE that day or the last lie she added ??

Mark Furhman was just on the phone with FOX News talking about the phone calls. Mark said that they even saw when Casey ordered the pizza and this was way after she borrowed the shovel.

Now Mark's "theory" of the shovel is June 18th, but we still don't know the exact date.

I wish Mark would have given the date the pizza was ordered. Something leads to me think this pizza was ordered on June 24th and delivered to her father's house, the day Casey was there etc., etc. June 24th is a very "key" day!

If I recall it was friends of the Anthony's that had claimed to see Caylee at a shopping center. They said she had white rimmed sunglasses on.

I don't think a little child wearing sunglasses means a thing. Some kids love to just wear them....even if it is raining outside!

I don't find the sunglasses peculiar. She's 3, they insist on wearing certain things at times when it makes no sense. Like my 2 yr old who puts on his shoes at night to wear with his pj's. Go figure...

For that matter, my 2 yr old wears sunglasses in the house. I just don't think that is an issue.

You can't go by the forecasts. I live down here and there are many times when the east side of town gets hammered with storms and it's sunny all day on the west side. the pop ups don't hit everyone at once. I will have to sit back and think about that day and the weather.

also, i wear sunglasses all the time, even in overcast bc it's still bright. My kids also.. esp the 2 yo has a thing for her sunglasses and has then on some days -- obsessively.. so you can't read into that one I am afraid.

I would not put too much stock in the sunglasses comment on it's own, when my daughter was Caylee's age, she did exactly what Mommy did.
Casey has light eyes as do I, it is rare I do not wear sunglasses outside, even if overcast. If it was her "routine" to put them on as she went outside, it may mean more about that. Secondly, there is not a thing that man says I can rely on that is credible anymore, imo, even the most benign comments I feel are contrived for some unknown agenda here, unfortunately

Grandparents of missing 3-year old Caylee Marie Anthony back at sheriff's office

The grandparents of missing 3-year old Caylee Marie Anthony are back at the sheriff's office this morning meeting with investigators.

The visit at the Orange County Sheriff's Office had been scheduled last week, Cindy Anthony said.

The meeting comes a day after Casey Anthony, the mother of the missing toddler, canceled a jail visit with her parents, George and Cindy Anthony. The couple is towing a portable billboard of the missing toddler around Orlando today.

Orange County Jail officials said the 22-year-old inmate did not give a reason for calling off Sunday's 9 p.m. meeting.

Last week, Anthony refused to see her brother, Lee Anthony. She has two remaining visits set for Tuesday at 9 a.m. with her brother; and on Thursday at 9 a.m. with her parents. Anthony has been behind bars since July 16 - the day after she and Cindy Anthony reported Caylee missing.

The State Attorney's Office last week filed formal charges against Anthony for child neglect, a felony, and filing a false statement, a misdemeanor.

George stated in Greta's interview Saturday evening that Caylee was wearing sunglasses when she and Casey left home on the 16th at 12:50 PM. I watched it twice!

Yes, Blink34! George was certainly at home on the morning and afternoon of the 24th by his own admission. He reported the burglary/theft of the gas cans in the morning and miraculously found them in Casey's trunk that afternoon!

My thoughts on this is that at Caylee's age, kids are starting to want to dress themselves and sometimes, they want a specific item- whether it be a favorite shirt, sunglasses, hat, shoes, pjs, etc that has to be on them at all times or else it is meltdown city! The fact that it was raining or overcast would have nothing to do with Caylee- a kid is a kid is a kid! JMHO!

Does this quote bother anyone else..This is from one of the jail conversations..it bugs me..They need to find out why else she would have been at Universal. We KNOW she didn't work there..she says it wasn't for fun...UGH it bothers me.

Sometimes delivered pizzas have receipts stuck to the box... that would be helpful

George works for a Security company. I also work for a security company. Mine is global in scale, and I am a security analyst. Our company hires quite a few ex LE, so I'm guessing that whatever security company he works for, he is most likely a guarding supervisor, or could be involved in some type of Company Security investigations (like Corporate fraud, espionage, etc.). I had heard that last week when he went to work he was working 3rd shift, so in my knowledge of the business, that would tell me that he is on the guarding side of security, probably working for one of the large corporations in the Orlando area. Our guards who work 3rd shift, typically stay on that shift (due to family responsibilities, work-life balance kind of thing). If that's the case, he would probably work from either 11pm to 7am, or he could work 2nd shift (3pm to 11pm). I don't think he is working first shift, which would be the timeframe when Casey would have been borrowing the shovel, backing the car to the garage, etc.

I could be wrong, but it has always been my understanding that Casey borrowed the shovel when GM and GP were out of town. yes? no?

Yep, a little bit. Mainly because Lee says "I've got you, ok, I understand". It's possible he was just being agreeable cause I think they both knew they were being taped at that point. But...

Does he really get it? If so, why? What was she doing there?
