I am wondering if I saw (or heard) this correctly tonight on Larry King. Cindy was asked about the dead boy smell on the 911 call and she said something to the effect that she said that because she wanted to get the cops there faster. Did anyone else catch that?

I am seeing, as of today, a shift in this case. Everyone is a little different today. I see blame shifting, as I expected, on the horizon.

you're right. and her comment is more of a strategic defense: "well, if she is found dead, it wasn't casey's fault anyway." it hammers home reasonable doubt. i bet this was discussed and selected to be their new talking point.

Anyone watching NG rerun please watch for Holly and her statement about Casey "moving in and caylee getting her own room" Almost like Casey hadn't always been there. I could be wrong though.

Sue huh? If I had a dime for everytime somebody threatens that nowadays! This woman won't need to sue. She will have a book deal and also a made for TV movie, and national enquirer..who knows what else!

Has it been addressed at all that Casey says she dropped her off June 9th and hasn't seen her since. We now know that she was seen on the 15th and Casey confirmed that with her 31 days. Has she ever recanted the June 9th drop off? Did she change it to 6/16?? When did she drop the child off at the sitter????????? It's not a hard question!

Me too - he, at least, seems a little more groomed (a little). Wonder when these new tapes will be released. I really want to hear the one from Lee and Casey in the jail last Friday - the one he later tells her that if he knew they were recording he would have worded things differently.

i thought this was ludicrous when i heard it yesterday. she cannot “bring suit” for the media talking to the casey’s friends. There are so many reasons for this, I don’t even have time to list them. In short: she has no standing to sue, this isn’t defamation, casey is now a public figure, this is a case that is a matter of public concern, casey’s friends have first amendment rights (as does the press)…. Baseless threats. she gets crazier by the day, i swear.

I thought she was going to sue because the news van was chasing Lee after he left the jail like a bat out of hell, tires squealing.

My suspicions are confirmed. I no longer see grandma as a victim in this. She's in as deep as Casey.

And let me guess if they do find caylee dead, it was the unknown babysitter who did it, allowing Casey to walk away scott free.
