Ames,

Or is it that the pink top appears in the other photo, then re-appears in the next one?

From memory JonBenet was wearing the pink top on Xmas morning in one of the photos, so did JonBenet partially dress downstairs?

.

Now that I have gone back and re-read it... it occurred to me that it may have been a full picture of JB with the pants and the top....otherwise, why would Patsy say that she wanted a picture of it? I imagine that it would have had JB in the picture, and not just her pj bottoms or top.....or Patsy could have cared less if she had a picture of it or not. Yes, I am sure that it was a picture of JB, wearing the PJs....and maybe a full shot of her.

20 TOM HANEY: Okay. And just real briefly,
21 this was, is 91KKY23, and this would have been

22 taken Christmas morning and that's where the
23 children would have been dressed that morning
24 and had slept Christmas Eve.
25 TRIP DeMUTH: And the main reason we wanted
0533
1 to show you that, actually you've already
2 answered the question, early on we saw the pink
3 top in the bed, right?
4 PATSY RAMSEY: (Nods head in the
5 affirmative.)
6 TRIP DeMUTH: And you had remembered her
7 wearing that.
8 PATSY RAMSEY: I would like to have a copy
9 of that sometime.
10 TOM HANEY: Your call.

Ames,

I'll bet it a picture of Burke's bedroom possibly showing the pink top and or bottoms in the room somewhere?

AMES,

A little off topic, in ST book, he says Patsy said JB went to bed in a red turtle neck and the white pajama bottoms or long johns. So my question to you is do you think she was wearing it to bed in prep for the early rise next day and wet it so badly that Patsy removed it and went ballistic in doing so. I can see that.

there has been a lot of talk about JB being put to bed in the red top in prep for the early morning.... however, I cannot even fathom Patsy being stupid enough to do this. JB was a bedwetter. Patsy knew it well. Bedwetters most often also saturate their shirts. If it was that important to Patsy for JB to wear it the next day, I cannot fathom her putting JB to bed in it. The more tired a child is when they go to bed (JB had a really busy few days before this night), the more likely they are to wet the bed. Patsy had to have known this. Why would she chance it???
I do agree that this would set Patsy off, definately. But why would she knowingly set herself up for the rage?

Why would Patsy want a picture of Burke's bedroom, or of the pink top or bottoms? Unless..of course, JB was wearing them.

I agree with ST. I believe that she went to bed wearing the red turtle neck, possibly to save time the next morning...and I think that its possible that its the same one that she is wearing on the HomePage of WEBSLEUTHS...(Where you click on her picture to get to the board).

What if she just put it on her to keep her warm, though. It has been stated in one of the Ramsey's interviews, that they had to dress her warmly, because she kicked the cover off. Maybe she put it on her for that reason....but, not particularly for her to wear the next morning. She may have put it on her, and if she had of kept it dry, she was planning on letting her wear it the next morning, but if she wet the bed, her original plan could have been to let her wear something else if it got wet. But, for whatever reason, too many drinks at the White's party, or whatever....she flew into her rage. I think that JB was accidently shoved into the side of the tub or sink, as Patsy was taking off her shirt...that's why it was balled up on the bathroom counter. Everything ELSE JB ever wore, or took off...ended up on her bedroom floor, including the pants that she had worn that day, with the panties inside of them (with the stain, where she didn't wipe good)....the vest that she wore to the Whites, over the white gap shirt, etc. SO WHY would the red turtleneck end up on the bathroom counter? Because she was obviously in the bathroom when it was removed, if JB had of taken it off, because she didn't want to wear it to match Patsy...(as Patsy said)...I believe it would have ended up on her BEDROOM FLOOR...along with all of her other clothes that she had taken off. The fact that it was ON the BATHROOM COUNTER...leads me to believe that Patsy is the one that took it off of her. And was probably yanking it, because she was pissed....and that's when the accident happened. imo

Ames,
what you say about the red shirt makes sense as far as Patsy losing it because JB got her shirt wet.... but I just cannot see Patsy putting it on her that night if she wanted her to wear it the next morning....knowing that JB is known to have accidents. Could JB have gotten up and put the red shirt on herself some time after Patsy put her in bed? Maybe, this would perhaps set Patsy off big time! Maybe Patsy came in to bring her to the bathroom at about midnight, saw that she had put her red shirt on and saw that she had an accident.... yea that would do it... but it doesn't account for the lying about the pineapple. I keep trying to put it into a nice round theory that includes all of the evidence and inconsistencies.... and I just cannot seem to do it... however I guess you really cannot make perfect sense out of someone that is mentally ill.

that's the truth.
I still wonder if she wore the red shirt under the white one though....and maybe that's why the pics of the White's weren't released...there must be something to hide in them;JB's clothes or hairstyle or something else.

Why can't those pictures at the White's party be released?
I mean, it's been over 10 years now. Patsy is dead and the case still remains "unsolved". Why are these photos so secret?

Most likely because the photos further incriminate the Ramseys in some manner, perhaps JonBenet's hairstyle is different from how she was found, etc.

In a year 2000 chat, Steve Thomas was asked what JB wore to the party:

crimeADM: Was JonBenet definitely wearing the red turtleneck at the Whites' party?

stevethomas: no, she was wearing the white top in which her body was eventually found the next day.

If only he had been asked there too what kind of hairstyle JonBenet was wearing at the Whites' party!! :banghead:

thx Rash, maybe that's it then.I have a feeling they aren't released b/c something that would be incriminating to the R's is shown in them.

But EVERYTHING incriminates the Ramsey's. I just don't understand why the photos have never been seen. It's been 10 and a half years--what good has it done so far to keep the photos secret?
Doesn't Boulder WANT to solve the case?

me either.

I can only guess their excuse for that is they must keep some evidence held back to help solve it,should a viable suspect come up (yea, right, like that's ever going to happen...)

The "viable suspect" died last year.

suppose they framed someone, would the dna still have to match to get a conviction?
