Now if JB reads this he'll finally have a defense that is at least logical.

And, there is another one of my thoughts on this entire mess ~
That something did happen while Cindy was in charge, and, with Cindy being the only working income in that family, they came up with all the BS, was going to tell a kidnap story, etc.
Casey went about her merry way, ended up having the car towed, WITH that awfull smell in it.

I don't know - it could spin in so many directions.

Regarding that "fight" that evening, one of them {Cindy or Casey} could have hauled arse like they were known to, and each thought the other had Caylee with them.
And, she got in the pool and drown.

How can you logically explain the drowing of a child if it isn't noticed for 10 or 12 hours, or more??

DAMN IT - I wish that someone would just break down and tell the trueth.
Not a one of them have any emotions that a normal person would have shown under the circumstances when this began, or even yet.

{little fisties....grrrr....}

The defenses' challenge is to find one of these "spins" that one juror will swallow. The part that scares me is there are normal acting people who, like KC. have "mental dimples" that may allow them to believe some of this carp spewed by CA or even feel sorry for her. The jury may not see everything we have. Latest poll in the state of FL says only a small percentage of people even watch the news ( way under 50%) so doubtful they are aware of all the goodies we have been exposed to..

It would be very simple for Casey to make up a new story..........

"I lied about the nanny taking Caylee to protect my mother. We had a terrible fight on the evening of June 15th. I was so scared and upset, I left the house and spent the night driving around or sleeping in the car. Caylee was asleep in her bed when I left, and that's the last time I saw her."

Except I doubt cell phone call records, and cell phone pings would back this story up.

Aw! Come on, Dog! Since when did little things like facts stop the A team from telling stories? :innocent:

Not so fast Dog ~ Remember she had that OTHER PHONE, that got lost....darn the luck anyway.......{or maybe she had a "batphone" at the time}

Can we really believe the records or the reading of the records...I mean...you know...how can we tell if this is right...you know what I mean...
(sorry just listening to the FBI interviews...why do I do this to myself:banghead:)

No, no, you're right. She did have that other phone.....it was on her desk at work. Oh, that seems to be lost, too. And the job, waste, just a hugh waste. Maybe she did not actually lose it because someone else is sitting at her desk at her job at work and has her phone that they have been using. That person just needs to come forward. Oh, dear, now I'm making up stories.........jmo

Exactly! Or, she could say she went to get Caylee but CA grabbed her around the throat, (as told by LA), choking her until she couldn't breathe, yelling that she would never take Caylee out of that house. Poor, frightened KC ran outside, got in her car, and left. She wanted to get Caylee, but was too scared to approach CA, who is known for her outbursts and irrational control issues. She ran out of gas in the car and was told by her father that he would take care of the car. She noticed later that it was gone and assumed that her dad had retrieved the vehicle. Her many attempts at retrieving Caylee were met with angry diatribes by CA. When her mother showed up at TL's apartment, she thought they would go home and make up, and she would finally get to see Caylee again after the past month. But, her mother told her Caylee was gone and that if KC didn't go along with what CA said, she would be sorry. KC was too frightened to go against CA. They all were.

I know, and I hope the defense adequately researched the various possibilities there. I've been concerned all along that maybe they haven't. Her family all seemed to take for granted that everything she says is like a puzzle that you have to try to solve, that she doesn't make sense. That was always a big clue to me that they know her to be someone with some type of confused or impaired thinking. (Although by all reports the family and friends never thought she could or would ever hurt Caylee in any way, there was no history of any violence.)
End quote.

They know she is a compulsive liar. She lies unnecessarily and that is what doesn't make sense.
She is not confused or impaired. She knows right from wrong and that's all that counts.
You do not know whether she ever hurt Caylee prior to murdering her- if she was using drugs to make her sleep so she could party uninterrupted then that is a form of violence.

Well it's a fair assumption that Casey was abusive to Caylee. Dr. Green explicitly stated Caylee was "savagely abused". No matter how bad things look with Casey, we only know the half of it.

BBM - why do you think that is? I find that young people (in my area) tend to not watch the news so much but aren't there a lot of older people that live in FL too? I don't know maybe the percentage is that low for people in CA who watch the news, I do know even as late as when I was in my early 30's I didn't watch the news unless it was something somebody told me about earlier to watch but it wasn't an every night thing for me then. Now I watch all the news I can get. But I have younger friends now who don't know what I'm talking about when I mention something on the news.

Or.... She ran out the front door, around the house and into the back yard where she fell asleep in the doll house until the am. When she awoke, Caylee was gone!...

Don't the pings show that KC was in or around the Anthony home all night. Also she was on the phone texting and talking to TonE most of the night. jmo

There ya'll go again, trying to pollute a good story with those pesky little facts! :dance: Those pings are just "junk science" anyway! :woohoo:

I read the stats ,quite by accident, on one of the Orlando media sites. They said people watch the 6AM news before going to work and don't tune back in the rest of the day. They seemed to doubt that media exposure will have any effct on this case. The percentages were actually around 25-30 but I didn't want to say without the link.
This part scares me because WEBSLEUTHERS who have struggled to help find Caylee and give this family assistance (like TM) have been exposed to things the jury may never see. I only takes one person with a case of "mental dimples" like the A's to give KC a free ride.

Ooooh! That's probably when Turnadot's Zyquizki's abducted KC and probed her, erasing her memory!

LOL
of course there's been so much criticism of the way she talked on and on with the officers. But (if I'm thinking of the same interview) it appeared that she thought the detectives were genuinely asking her to try to work on a timeline with them, they hadn't asked for a simple statement. She appeared to be trying hard to recall any/every little shred of information about the timeline and share it with them in case it could lead to Caylee. I think she thought if they went over all of Casey's cryptic stories somehow they were going to figure out what friend or babysitter really had Caylee and Caylee was going to be brought home safely to them. I can't imagine how worried and exhausted she must have been at that time. I think the one officer seemed genuine about collecting the info in case it could be helpful in finding Caylee. He did seem kind and patient also

I feel very bad for Cindy. I think being questioned in court is going to be agony for her, of course it can't be avoided, but it's just such a sad process to see. I don't know how she has survived all this. Very sad, needless to say.

She's done nothing but victimize people, waste precious resources and endanger other legitimately missing children, mislead law enforcement and lie to get a result she wants. She deserves prison not sympathy.

Do you think they have been visiting her for years? Ztquizkis, I mean. Maybe they were intrigued by the fact she was wearing a bra to bed without hooks in the back? It's possible.

I don't see how they are going to get away from the babysitter kidnapped Caylee. Casey stuck like glue to that story and I would bet that there aren't many people who didn't hear that story when it first happened. I live in Washington state and everyone that I know knows the name Casey Anthony...that horrible mother who murdered her little girl Caylee. I won't be a bit surprised if Casey takes the stand. She thinks so highly of herself I believe she thinks she can really snow the jury. Especially the men.
