Your right it isnt all the parents fault.Do I think any parent wants their child to get the DP or life no but why should there child get any different of a sentence as anyone else that has done a crime. They can love their child and stand by her but they most certainly dont have to turn a blind eye on what they have done. When you love a child sometimes even though we dont want to we have to show that when you do a crime there consequences to are actions.

I don't think she deserves to get a different sentence. She deserves everything that's coming to her (if she did it, which I think she did). I'm saying I can't imagine any parent that is going to push the DP on their child. They will try to do everything to stop it. Love is blind. Love of a parent is unconditional and for that I can't see them EVER admitting to the public that they raised a killer.

Because by the recognized rules of etiquette, it is acceptable to place a much larger collection jar at a public service as opposed to a discreet private service?

BING FREAKING O. And if you don't support Casey...then you are not allowed in. That's pretty much the tone here. That confirms again for me...Cindy is not over the edge, she's planning another hammer time. Just for once, why can't she stand up for Caylee??!

I think CA and GA blame themselves for letting this happen - that's all. They probably keep going back and forth wondering what they could've done differently to protect Caylee and how they should have gotten help for KC. Must be hell for them....

I am sure they blame themselves for what KC has done.If your child starts changing after they turn 18 there really isnt away to get them help. From the accounts of people who actually knew KC they said she was fine then started to change.

I understand where you are coming from debs - I just do see myself (or anyone else) as the Liars Police, the Truth Police.

You do - so what can I say. We are all different and different things matter to us I guess. You know.
I'm confused...you DO see yourself...or you DON'T see yourself? Sorry, just trying to follow what you're saying.

Love of a grandparent is the MOST awesome love that there is IMH grandmother opinion. It would be a horrendous position to be in, but I have even told my son while talking about this case that if he were to ever harm my granddaughter (which he NEVER would) that I would love him forever, but would personally deliver him to LE. He laughed and said "I KNOW that you would, mom!" And I WOULD, no doubt about it.

SailorMoon, I hate to say it but I don't believe ANYONE in the A family will EVER stand up for Caylee. I had some hope that George would after the GJ hearing, but that was very short lived. It's disgusting and a disgrace to Caylee's memory imo. :furious:

She can't and she won't because Caylee was just another "possession" to her. I believe when the trial comes, you are going to see a side of Cindy that the Anthony apologists have never imagined. You can count on CA going under the bus by KC.

There is going to be a background of how CA tortured KC with words, and controlling behaviors. They will show how KC with a maturity level of about 15 years old could not cope any longer with the verbal and physical abuse and snapped.

I also believe KC will say she does NOT KNOW what happened to Caylee and that she left her with GA that morning of the 16th and never saw her again. She will say she was out partying because she "thought" GA & CA had her.

I have said this from the beginning, but from the attorney statements now it looks closer and closer.

I do not believe that they knew Caylee was dead. I think they really wanted to believe she was alive and were grasping at straws to prove it. I don't think their is any doubt that they loved Caylee.

I am with you, but I am afraid we are the minority. :)

I understand how people can think, oh she is a nurse, he was LE....they KNEW. Well, they didn't believe. Denial, grasping, reaching, coping mechanism, whatever you want to call it...they *couldn't believe in the finality of Caylee's death until someone showed them. And tragically, that has come to pass.

I dont think they will admit it either:) But they also dont have to defend it either in public. They would be better off not saying anything IMO.And only talking about Caylee in the public if they need to talk at all:)Of course they will try no one wants to see there child get the DP but that most certainly doesnt mean love is blind in this case it just means their human.

And we enable them to do so, just as they enabled Casey. We don't have to watch it, read it, etc. I know many people who know nothing about this case except the initial report. We are doing exactly what we blame them for doing. If we weren't reading, blogging, etc., then we wouldn't have enabled them to keep it going.
Ya know, I used to scream for media to stop thrusting a microphone in Cindy's face. But, I have to say that we, those here on WS, were here for Caylee. We examined every bit of what we heard for one reason, and one reason only (IMO) to locate that child...and now to insure justice for her. No, I have to say, most of "us" did not enable anyone. We're here for one true purpose...or at least I'd like to believe we are.
PS-and sorry folks if I included anyone who doesn't want to be included. I mean no disrespect.

Hate those typos

I corrected the original. It was "I do not".

Thanks for checking on a fellow poster. Need all the help I can get here on days. :)

I am with both of you and yes sadly we are the minority

My adult daughter and I were discussing it and she said she would be "begging for the police" to come so she could confess to them if that were her, because LWOP would look good to her as compared to what she would have to endure with me until she told me where my grand baby was. And she is right.

I would think thats why KC said she felt safe in jail.

Whilst the box IS cardboard have you ever seen one of those boxes? Aware of how many restrictions and regulations are on the use of those boxes? Lots of people call them as ordinary cardboard boxes, but they aren't. Doesn't mean Caylee should not be buried asap - she should.

A cardboard box is a cardboard ..

I hear what you're saying but this family went about Orlando and national news spewing forth all kinds of theories! I've seen them go on the ATTACK like a rabid dog toward entities who tried to HELP them. It's not like they were meek and mild, going on camera begging for someone to bring Caylee home and saying "no comment" otherwise. How many innocent children had their pictures displayed as an alleged Caylee sighting? If they knew she was deceased when this went on...IF they did, then God help them.

It's been hard here in Orlando. Police officers have been diverted for all these shenanigans all while our crime rate, and our murder rate is the highest it has EVER BEEN. It's digusting!

Even Yuri took CA by the hand and asked her to essentially quit lying to the media.

Oh, but now that they finally admit Caylee is dead I suppose we are all supposed to forget all this happened?

It's nice to know that someone is reading, isn't it? :blowkiss:

I could have believed it was denial UNTIL they started the lies, started trying to blame her friends, the collecting money in Caylee's name and living off that blood money. NOPE, after they accepted her death (which I believe was within hours) they started their own campaign to destroy others, and get money.

That is how I see them, and how I believe the trial will show them. In trail, they will be exposed for their true evil selves.
