I don’t think he staged anything in relation to a possible rape, as it appears that his goal was for the bodies never to be found.
It would have been unnecessary for him to take those measures.
Eight hours to go. Does anyone have a link to where we can watch the verdict?
Was just going to look for one. Last I heard we didn't even know what camera would be there.
There's been numerous examples at trial of Chase using his insider knowledge to critique the state case, but revealing what went down.
Excellent summary Tortoise, & CFA at the courthouseSo the BIG day has arrived!
I watched Ms Rodriguez' masterful rebuttal again yesterday, this time to focus on Merritt's reactions. Wow. I doubt it was an intentional move to have him forced to sit and listen in silence to a female prosecutor nailing his butt and exposing all his failed lies and his very expensive DT strategy of smoke and mirrors and outright skulduggery, but whether it was or wasn't intentional that element was just PERFECT. I felt like she really represented Summer's energy, the ultimate showdown, because she has been missing in this trial and suddenly there she was at the end, rising like the Phoenix, IMO. I'm glad we got that opportunity finally to see his facial expressions and I hope also the camera today will be similarly positioned.
I just wish the whole court (barring him) could turn up today eating Chick-fil-A breakfasts all around him.
I'd send him a CFA voucher on a tray for his final meal.

I've stayed up long past my bed time so I won't have to wait and hear the verdict. I want to wake up and read the verdict. It's so stressful this waiting!Eight hours to go. Does anyone have a link to where we can watch the verdict?
For light, fun reading that’s not a “case” I recommend this one:
The British Royal Family - news, views, clothes & shoes! #7
In your opinion, what are some other examples? I’ve suspected, in this, and other cases, that the criminal, with as you said, inside knowledge, feels outraged when the state’s theory of the case goes off the track of what actually happened—
My nerves are wrecked!
Does anyone have a link to the MR rebuttal?
TIA
My nerves are wrecked too! And I'm still awake at 3:30 am. Uggg!
I don't have a link but she nailed it!! MOO
Not to sidetrack the thread but what other cases are people following? I’m in need of some reading!
Part 1 starts at 40 minutesMy nerves are wrecked!
Does anyone have a link to the MR rebuttal?
