Nothing in this entire case has been fair to the families of Summer & Joey.
If this is because JS doesn’t work on Fri I may have a stroke.
It’s possible the prosecution is still seeking holding the verdict until jury tampering has been addressed.

Why wouldn’t the judge want it over quickly for both parties, especially the victims’ family who’ve endured 5 months of this stupidity?
