Wow, the cell towers are within eyesight of the graves!
Omg! Really MM? Omg!

Awesome & thorough job by the Prosecution thus far! So pleased. And glad the jurors get to think about all these "coincidences" over lunch.
Imes has finally admitted to the the jury that the PT really has no idea what happened.

The how in opening statement was with the sledgehammer. They don't know when, where, how (Daugherty had promised in the opening statement "we'll tell you the how, the why, and the who"). All they have is the predetermined "who" and the confirmation-serving speculative "why".
Imes is doing a great job joining the dots for the jury, IMO.
The PT doesn't have to know all the gory details. They just need to know it happened.Imes has finally admitted to the the jury that the PT really has no idea what happened.

They know when, because they know when Joey and Summer both stopped communications with the outside world. They know how, blunt force trauma by the hammer in the grave. They don't know when, where, how (Daugherty had promised in the opening statement "we'll tell you the how, the why, and the who"). All they have is the predetermined "who" and the confirmation-serving speculative "why".
I don't believe a trial was necessary in order to prove the McStays are dead. They just need to know it happened.
...not over yet.I dont think prosecutor did that great of a job closing.
The trial is to find out who did it.I don't believe a trial was necessary in order to prove the McStays are dead.
