Gave up yesterday at 2am (uk time). Got home early today, caught up (and you guys are spitfire fast posters!) and am now waiting with you all!

A few friends are coming round that i have accidentally got addicted to all this. They knew nothing of the case before hand (well one of them has watched the whole 48 hours in the last fortnight) and have only seen what the jury has seen and i am constantly picking their brains to what the believe happened, what they feel about the testimony. Which is so interesting. Every single one of them believe premeditation. And at the end of the day, THAT is all that really matters. That is the one fact that should give Travis' family justice.

Just saying.......if JA's grandmother made her own decision to attend court today, that's her decision. If anyone pressured her to attend, to "look good for the jury", that is, IMO, elder abuse. I can't imagine a grandmother her age having to listen to the brutal slaughter of TA and carnage left behind by her granddaughter.

Jury instructions can take a long time to sort out. Appeals have been won over incorrect Jury instructions so it is so important that they dot all the i's and cross all the t's. I would bet that is the hold up today. Sometimes when I worked in felony court I would be in the back re copying them while closings were going on. We never had instructions before closings. This is interesting.

They should get her a stun belt too. Her and Jodi's outfits will match perfectly that way!

I have mused that Wilmott is actually the person holding the button for the defendant's belt. If there is one thing I give Wilmott credit for, it's keeping the defendant from breaking out her murderous rage during this.

I know, I gave the wack-a-mole credit - but she did play a good mommy, and we needed that.

I am not asking for the DP, LWOP is fine, as long as they find her GUILTY OF PREMEDITATED MURDER. Then can can argue over the DP all they wish to.

Any juror who is queasy about giving JA the DP should take another gander at TA's autopsy photos. What she did to Travis is "cruel and unusual" punishment. Furthermore, she'll probably sit on Death Row for years before they'd give her the needle. At least it will keep her in solitary, which is where she belongs. She's a menace.
