I'm not sure about premeditation any more.....what ever happened there was because of something that happened at the moment....not sure what it was..because jodi has no memory.....but something happened that caused all this...i guess we will never know....but i don't think this was premeditated.

So do you think she just happened to have a knife and a gun handy in the bathrooms for ???????? What?

And using a second weapon, you don't think she was going in for the kill?

And how do the gas cans figure into no premeditation?

I saw that.. Jewel is playing June.. but I can't remember the Johnny but still I just don't see anyone else able to play that role other than Joaquin Phoenix

I wish I were talented, like A News Junkie who posts all the great photos. I'm not sure how to do that, but I found these pics on Twitter. I promised myself I'd be here for the family but it is so hard to watch AND listen to Nurmi, so I found myself being distracted by the inevitable .....

Okay ... so judge said that they WILL wrap up closing arguments TODAY ...

And IF they do, then there is NO reason why the jury can't start deliberations immediately when closing arguments end ...

Why waste any more time ?

And IF the jurors want to deliberate into tonight and into the weekend, I say let them !

Premeditation can be formed in a matter of seconds... like say the time it takes to grab a knife and gun.

Not only that, but Jodi chose to continue stabbing Travis even while he tried to grab the knife out her hand, get away from her, etc. She made a conscious decision to continue her quest to kill TA. :furious:

I literally fell asleep! I am not even joking. Just woke up to the sound of the judge's voice. I cannot believe it. He really put me to sleep and it was during the victim bashing, too. Wow.

Ugh. Down to up is the direction the knife enters the skin.
1. It was slightly down to up.
2. If the skin is folded, the knife may enter the skin in a slight down to up direction.
3. If she lunged onto him while he was sitting, the knife may well have been thrust in a slightly upward motion.
4. The inclination of the knife means essentially nothing, as we know she knifed him in the heart.

If he was trying to stand up, that would explain it also. The last shower pic was obviously only his body, no face as she was busy pulling out the weapon at that exact time probably so he may have seen it coming or was just ready to stand back up.
