If a crime is commited, there is a crime scenes somewhere.
Not if the crime does not result in blood.

On the facebook page somebody has tried to work with the Walmart photo to make it slightly clearer and the one thing that is still clear is Dylan does not look happy in the photo .
I would post a link but i am not sure if i am allowed .
I think it made it look worse. The lighting in it was bad and gave him colors he didn't normally have.
I'm watching football....so if I have to I can go look for a link...
I believe it was said that during the last three years (before ER moved in July) MR did not see Dylan much (don't know if it was due to work or what). I can look for article if you want me too....
She declined to talk about her former spouse except to say he rarely exercised his visitation rights.
The last time Dylan visited Vallecito from Colorado Springs, where she moved this summer, was on Labor Day weekend, Redwine said

I don't get the whys of the theory, but likewise I'd be interested in hearing thoughts
Are there any cases where a child has been hidden for over a month when on an access visit?
I am horriable with names, but do remember there being a case where the mother took the son for access visit, and then went overseas with him, and then filed for custody in that country. The father had to fight for the custody in that country, although he already had it here. It took him many years to get his son back, and he had to find him first.
Not if the crime does not result in blood.
There are many cases like that, but the parent vanishes as well.

It didn't really do the picture any justice.
I wonder if the reasoning for not releasing the whole video of the Walmart trip (parking lot, entering the store, while in the store, exiting the store and going to truck) is because it may be possible evidence in the case once Dylan is found? :what:
A crime scene is the place a crime occurred, isn't it?
A bank robbery has a crime scene, even if no blood, doesn't it?
A murder by strangulation or arsenic poisoning has a place it occurred, although no blood, doesn't it?

I don't see an issue if he bought Dylan a fishing pole on Sunday as that would explain why he says he noticed it was gone.
I don't think so, I bet he would have said in some interview that he bought Dylan a fishing pole on Sunday.
Why would it be a fishing pole ?
