Gannon is always on my mind. His smile, pics of him hugging LaiS, LH, AS, playing with cousins, holding his baby sis with absolute love in his eyes, playing, and just being a little boy! School is out and this is the time of year that he would head back to NC to spend the summer with LH and his grandparents. He should be doing that right now. He should be enjoying the fun of summer with his friends and family and loving on his Momma. Thinking about all of this just hit me so hard today. My heart is SO heavy and breaks thinking of everyone, especially his Mom, who is missing him!

Gannon, you are loved and missed by SO many!

Yes, he really is loved and missed.

One of those kids you just want to spoil and hug!

don't know if this was posted yet.... regarding seating at hearing on 6/5

https://www.courts.state.co.us/userfiles/file/Court_Probation/04th_Judicial_District/El_Paso/20CR1358/001/[O-8] Procedural Order Re June 5 2020 Status Conference.pdf

1District Court, El Paso County, State of Colorado Court Address: P.O. Box 2980270 South Tejon Colorado Springs, CO 80903-2203Phone Number: (719)452-5000PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF COLORADO, Plaintiff, vs. Letecia Stauch, Defendant. Case Number: 20CR1358Div.:15SCtrm: S403[O-8]PROCEDURAL ORDER RE JUNE 5, 2020 STATUS CONFERENCE

This matter comes before the Court on sua sponte review. This matter is set for a Status Conference on June 5, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.The Court has reviewed the space available in the courtroom for the conference. Because of social distancing requirements resulting from COVID19:
1) Only 1 2people will be allowed in the gallery.Masks are encouraged.
2) Each side will be limited to the attorneys of record and one investigator OR advisory witness. Social distancing likely cannot be accommodated in front of the bar. Counsel will be ordered to wear masks in the event social distancing cannot be accomplished. All questioning or argument will take place with counsel at counsel table. Neither side will be permitted to use the podium. No bench conferences will be permitted.
3) The Court will attempt to accommodate as many family members for the victim or the Defendant as it reasonably can. No later than the day prior to the proceeding, counsel for each side is to contact the Division15 clerks and inform them of the number of family members that are anticipated for each side. Due to the limitation on seating in the courtroom, the Court intends to live stream the proceedings via WebEx to the jury assembly room. That room will seat approximately 50 more individuals. The Court will also make available the WebEx information to the families of the victim or Defendant if they intend to appear in that manner.
4) One seat in the gallery will be reserved for a representative of the Gazette. One seat will be reserved for a representative from the local television stations of KKTV, KRDO, KOAA ORFox21. This will require those stations to agree on the identity of the person and communicate the identity of that person to the Division 15 clerks ahead of the hearing. If the stations cannot come to an agreement on the identity of the pool reporter, no seat will be reserved.
5) Even though the proceedings may be streamed live via WebEx, NO RECORDING OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS PERMITTED EITHER BY VIDEO OR AUDIO

Thanks always, @Niner !

Any word from any reporters? I follow Brandon Thompson and haven't seen any updates on his twitter.
I have yet to master twitter but Spencer Wilson tweeted he will be there for TV. Not sure if this means he was a chosen pool reporter?

I am not sure if he is referencing today's court appearance or tomorrow. In a response tweet to Dan May, Spencer asked if today's hearing was limiting reporters.

OMG....seriously? She must have followed the Patrick frazee murder plan ...

OMG. Buckle up everyone!

Letecia Stauch is charged with one count of solicitation to commit escape, according to El Paso County District Court records.

Stauch is accused of passing notes to another inmate to ask for help, a probable cause affidavit said. She wanted to break her cell window and crawl out.

Advisement Hearing for Letecia Leann Stauch is set for 1:30 today. #2020CR3170
8:02 AM · Jun 4, 2020

Take note that 1:30 pm hearing today 6/4 is an ADVISEMENT so this falls within one of the two types of hearings (i.e., Advisements & Arraignments) where Colorado Statute allows for cameras * in the courtroom.

The 6/5 "Status Hearing" seems to also be approved for special courtroom WEB/EX video due to COVID19 limiting courtroom to only 1 seat per network-- NOT to be confused with live streaming /recording by local media networks.

@Seattle1 and others... Thank you for updates.
Work has overloaded me. I can't be on here as much as I want to today.

@Tricia this may be a good topic for tonight's WS youtube.....

Yass! the plot gets even thicker.....

From reading the court doc seattle1 posted above, it looks like she was trying to warn HH of this escape. That is how I understood it.

Note with HH name on it:
"if "something comes up on the news like she is no longer in the jail or is missing to not be afraid."

"Trust her on this" underlined

She really thought she was going to pull this off.
How'd she get caught? Do we know?
