I don't remember the weather being in the 70's the weekend before Gannon went missing on Monday. I think that was the following weekend before the big snow came. It was nicer... But not that high. Plus it's been windy, and everyone here locally knows that is what gets ya.
Yes, this case is eerily similar to Kyron.Yes, there have been other cases like this.
Welcome.

This !^^^What I can say about the Interview with the babysitter is that I didn't like it. At all. What stood out for me was her stating Dad was the one who typically spanked. Why would anyone say something negative when the poor man is already in the throes of he77. Poor Mom got it a thousand times worse in Tee's "Interview". These poor Parents. Where are you little man. It's time to come home
Oops! I'm sorry, thx for lmk!I don't think the video can be discussed here
LOL, I do miss the old emojisYes! Also a puke emoji and a banging your head against a brick wall emoji please
Good info - thanks. You’re right. It was 50-ish and sunny. I remember because my friend was visiting from Phoenix and wasn’t miserably cold. That said, there’s a small reservoir, A McCray Reservoir, just down street from me, only 3 miles or so from GS’s house, that was iced over at the time. But it’s tiny, more like a pond, and highly visible from the road. But it’s likely other reservoirs had ice still too due to the cold weather the week or so leading up to that weekend.
ETA: that huge pond, or whatever it is, on Garden of the Gods Rd near N Nevada regularly has a layer of ice for several days after a cold snap.
I've had a hunch that D.A., Dan May, has possibly convened a grand jury in this case.
You may find the following article interesting.
Parallels drawn between prosecutions in Dylan Redwine, Nicholls children's killings
Excerpt:
"The nearly five-year investigation that resulted in murder charges against the father of a 13-year-old Monument boy evokes a notorious El Paso County case involving similar obstacles."
"As in the case of Mark Redwine - charged last week with second-degree murder in the death of his son, Dylan - Timothy and Deborah Nicholls were prime suspects in a 2003 arson in Colorado Springs that destroyed their house and killed their three children. But with doubts about the strength of the evidence, prosecutors held off filing charges."
"That changed with a fresh perspective, and a secret grand jury investigation."
I think there are many possible scenarios and the truth may be worse than we could have imagined but we just haven't heard enough evidence to suggest that he was beaten, poisoned, burned or executed. And the attempted burning, prior to all that? Was the candle not placed on the carpet OUTSIDE of his bedroom door?
You have to get to it behind drifters, I think, for parking. I was looking at it. So many businesses next to it.You’re right. It was 50-ish and sunny. Yes. I should’ve added that it is also highly visible. I guess I was mostly pointing out, from the two bodies of water off the top of my head, that the ice does linger even on warmer days. Neither are secluded. But I’m sure there are secluded reservoirs that would’ve had ice at that point too.You have to get to it behind drifters, I think, for parking. I was looking at it. So many businesses next to it.
When I was 11 years old, I sat in the back of an old pickup truck.... in a lawn chair. My booster seat was a case of Pabst blue ribbon that my grandfather picked up at the liquor store. Man I miss those days.
Yes. And if we were well behaved, we would get ice cream at the Dairy Queen. The neighbor actually had a bench seat he had mounted in the bed of his truck and his kids would use it. I am getting sentimental....... I think I am going to cry.
Yes!!Is there a list of strictly MSM & LE facts for this case. I think we might need one.
Oh yes. I forgot about that. Thank you.Yes!!
See page 1 of this thread and scroll down a few posts of Oviedo's timeline full of MSM and LE facts. Awesome resource!!
Yes, yes, yes.....thank you, thank you, thank you.Can we all please agree to disagree on the whole sitting in the front vs back and who thinks what is appropriate? Everybody parents different and people either take the front/back seat law very literal, or bend it a bit. And unless he was by chance killed in a car accident then I think it would 100 % be worth hashing out. But at this point we know he didn't die in a car accident because there was no damage, that could be seen in video, nor has LEO said anything about a damaged vehicle.
My boy and all of my friend's children over the age of 7, always sit right next to mom, in the front seat. An 11 year old, a pre-teen, shoved in the back with a vacant seat up front is stunningly suspicious. If not outright rude. And cold. But from what I've seen so far, this was standard treatment of beautiful Gannon, by her.
