Tirade - a long, angry speech of criticism or accusation: "a tirade of abuse"

Listen to how she keeps berating and scolding Albert, and realize what she must've done to those children. It's very understandable why Harley didn't question or challenge her mother more. No one would want to start Letecia up on one of these tirades.

She's been complaining and scolding all the while I typed this.

Albert says, "Letecia, this is the worst f-ing story I've heard yet, I'm done with this s h i t."

Her attorneys look like they want to crawl under the table, puke or just get up & run screaming from the courtroom
The judge has been interesting to watch today. I blame this on the state. They're doing a fabulous job. Excellent. Well done and leaving no doubt for the jury to decide a guilty verdict. moo

Third phone call played by the prosecution was between just Letecia Stauch and Amber Cronan. In the call Stauch walks Cronan through the story that there was an intruder in her home who took Gannon and assaulted her. Should be just one more recorded phone call left.

Fourth phone call was more of the same between Al and Letecia Stauch, the call ends when Al tells Letecia "This is the worst f*cking story yet, I’m done with this s*it." Breaking for lunch now, Cronan will retake the witness stand after lunch.

Rings AS. Says "There are people looking for the guy now."

Says her attorney told her to hang up, that she has given them the information, that they are clearly not doing their job. That they are messing up the investigation.

Basically giving AS a reason why she can't talk to LE.

Saying she hired an investigative reporter, Nicole? To investigate the crime.

Glitching out a lot, sorry.

LS: "I was instructed by the attorney that everything was sent to El Paso." She was on the phone to the witness, attorney told her not to say another word, so she hung up.

Says all information is going through her attorney and the investigative reporter, now.

AS: "What do you need me to do?"

LS: "I need you to be with your family." It's the 'if you pull your family together, when Gannon comes home everything will be fine' story again.

LS talking about how loyal and a wonderful support she has been for AS. Implying she has done this despite AS treating her like a suspect.

LS: "I have done nothing wrong. I am not a criminal."

LS: "Why can't we come stay with you?" Saying words to the effect they will have a 'meeting' only when AS accepts her back without questioning anything.

Claims she was in a local hotel. Claims she doesn't have a car. Someone called Michelle is letting them stay at her house. Complaining about having no money.

AS asks for the address, says he's going to come get her.

She won't tell him where she is, because he won't promise she can stay with him. Claims he's punishing her. Accuses him of not providing for her. He keeps trying to swing it back to Gannon. She is angry about this.

He's still trying to organise a meeting. "We meet, we talk we maybe get something to eat."

LS: "Don't you have compassion?" Angry about him not being with her, about LH being around.

AS talking about knowing his son has apparently been taken by a RSO. "You got to have compassion for me."

LS says that's why she wants to be with him, together.

AS: "Having compassion for me is not telling me what you want."

LS complaining again about getting kicked off car insurance. Angry that maybe AS got both himself and LH rental cars. AS says he had nothing to do with LH's car, that family had to help him get a rental for himself.

AS points out she never told him what she heard.

Long pause.

Next story: the police had left, LS put HH and Little sis upstairs in a room, told them not to come out. "Nothing bad had happened at that point." Went back downstairs. Told him there was no safe, no money. Tried to get the other guns from upstairs to work. Came downstairs. Offered everything in the house. He kept insisting they did have a safe. Her hands were tied. It was 11pm-midnight. Left HH a note on the counter to recall the police with the codeword. Calls her own daughter 'ditsy' for not picking up on her clue. Calls AS with attacker sitting right there, AS doesn't pick up. "All I hear is Gannon screaming." "I did hear a loud noise, Gannon hit something." LS screaming. "Nobody helped, nothing, nobody came for anything." "When I woke up from hitting my head on wood pieces in the storage room, Gannon was gone." Gets in the car, drives around the neighbourhood, looking for Gannon, thinking AS and everyone will kill her.

Going on about not sleeping for the nightmares for days.

Claims she knew attacker's name because of 'the thing with the badge'.

"Am I going to fight somebody with a gun, a knife?"

"In your brain you plan, if something was going to happen, what you would do, and your body don't let you."

I think she's now saying she went the very next day to talk to the police. That they told her she was mentally ill and needed a psychiatrist? IDK.

AS calls her on it being a lie. Call ended.

Lunch break. Witness will be questioned on this call after lunch.

Al then put FBI Agent Amber Cronan on a three-way phone call with him and Letecia. Letecia said she’d call the FBI agent back in a few minutes and hung up the phone.

FBI Agent Amber Cronan was called back to the witness stand after the hour-long phone call was finished playing for jurors. Agent Cronan testified saying it seemed like Letecia cared more about herself than what happened to Gannon.

“The significant pause in her speaking when they hooked up the 3-way call gave me the impression she might have been reluctant to speak with me,” said FBI Agent Amber Cronan when testifying about Letecia Stauch.

We’re now listening to the phone call between Letecia and FBI Agent Amber Cronan. Letecia was asked to describe in detail what happened on the day of Gannon’s disappearance. This phone call is nearly a half hour long.

Letecia explains trying to get Al a bike from Craiglist, going to Dunkin’ Donuts, and Petco twice.
Letecia then explained how when she and Gannon got home, Letecia heard a loud noise downstairs.
Letecia said when she went downstairs, a man was standing near the storage room.

Agent Cronan is back on the witness stand.
She testified saying there were multiple different stories that Letecia told about Gannon’s disappearance.
She also acknowledged there was no evidence to support there was an intruder and no evidence to support someone kidnapped Gannon.

Since Letecia and Harley left the home after Gannon’s disappearance, Al didn’t know where they were staying. During this phone call on February 15, 2020, Letecia said she’s staying at a woman named Michelle’s house in Monument.

Previous testimony in the trial indicated that Letecia was already on the east coast by mid-February.

I haven't been following this case in quite a while. So, please forgive me if this has been asked and discussed. Does anyone think that Letecia was putting something in his food to cause his stomach issues and to cause him to soil his pants? I can't help but think that she targeted this poor child to take out her anger towards her husband. So very sad for all of the children, especially, Gannon.

JMO.

She already plead guilty, by reason of insanity. The jury just has to decide whether she is insane or really knew right from wrong. The State had to prove her sane.
They have succeeded.

There it is. The knife.

No ,I think he was on his way to a crohns diagnoses ,but That is a personal opinion based on my own experiences .And the information I have on this case which is incomplete and often leaves me reaching on my partfor answers . I did let myself play with the idea of her making him have stomach issues but ...nothing to steer me there and it seems Gannon really was 1.7 pounds at birth so it is likely these issues killed her idea of a perfect family and made her resentful. IMO.. I dunno ..she could tell us ,but has not chose to..
