Near the end of King's closing, while he was dissing the prosecution's docs, he said, "Nothing james holmes said after the shooting matters, esp. when he was already being treated with meds"...
Now, does King realizewhat he said? If nothing the shooter said to the pros. docs mattered- then why did it matter to them what jh said to their docs after the shooting?
Trying to make sense out of some of kings arguments....

Well---seems you got more than I did from his closing---I couldn't do it! That man was really truly pizzing me off big time! I sat thru others that have annoyed me beyond belief but for some reason that one I couldn't do--- But you are correct it doesn't make sense--Of course why should he listen to what the shooter said as well?

I don't think much of Kings closing made much sense. I just didn't follow what he was saying.

Well---seems you got more than I did from his closing---I couldn't do it! That man was really truly pizzing me off big time! I sat thru others that have annoyed me beyond belief but for some reason that one I couldn't do--- But you are correct it doesn't make sense--Of course why should he listen to what the shooter said as well?

LOL! I was actually going in & out & that was one point I caught near the end.
Like I posted yesterday, I really never zoned out on a defense closing. Most are compelling & even tho I might not agree with their side, I follow what they're saying. King's was really bad & it made no points & didn't do a thing to sway me at all. I don't know if it's experience or if he didn't have enough time to prepare or what. It wasn't just that his delivery was bad, but the content was bad. IMO
