#theatershooting trial is back in session without jury

This is really weird...Why couldn't this witness be skyped when his video played or better still why not testify by Skype like I have seen in may other trials?????????

Poor guy....nervous.....34 years elementary school teaching now....
Don't think he has to do a total CV really....

LOL..Ohhh he only knows him a "Jimmy"..finds it very difficult to call him anything else...So much for all the complaints for Dr. Reid calling him that in his interview...LOL

I totally agree!!! this is weird and then the defense referring him as Jimmy gag me!!!

Ohhh dear..technical difficulty now..Court does not want this witness to use the term of Jimmie by Council but only by defendant or Mr Holmes...(eewwwwwww wash my mouth out with soap..yuk!!)
 
Is this teacher staring at the shooter? and the shooter looking down??????

Sooooo Jimmy was the leader of the pack "Back in the Day" with his fellow bright people. He was a smiler...no mean spiritedness..etc...

So how does this mitigate what he did?? He turned way dark after that..he was 10-11 years old then....:truce:
 
So all that testimony from Dr Gur that the shooter was already showing signs of mental illness at a young age was a lie then?
