This is starting to be perhaps clearer on details on PF's actions. It does sound like someone else was asked or involved in a bulergry of KB resulting in her murder perhaps. What a monster! This is a good article.

Krystal Jean Lee Kenney will plead guilty to one count of tampering with physical evidence in court on Friday according to the district attorney's office.

That crime was committed on November 24 according to court documents, two days after Kelsey Berreth disappeared, having last been seen by fiance Patrick Frazee.

Lee and Frazee have known one another for years, and she has long been a person of interest in the case.

She will only get a fine and probation under the current charge, and it is not known if she made a deal with prosecutors.

This is shocking.

But it's from Daily Fail, who may be MSM but is really a tabloid and full of inaccurate statements. Clayton is not reporting the same yet, so I'm not believing this at this point.

The judge will set bond during the advisement hearing in Colorado, except for homicideinvestigations.

The judge may also advise the accused of his or her rights and ask whether the accused has an attorney, plans to hire a lawyer, or needs to have a public defender appointed. Before the accused can get a public defender, he or she has to meet certain income-level requirements.

Based on this tampering charge, she would probably be given a date to turn herself in. I would not be surprised if given house arrest. They need her to look as good as possible as a witness.

I don’t know for sure, but I don’t think she was. I think she was charged and served a summons to appear in court.

I wonder if she has to appear or can she stay secluded and her attorney plead for her. If she has to appear, they would probably bring her in in the cover of darkness and have her leave under the cover of darkness since the police do not want anyone to follow her and know where she is secluded.

This is the wording from the complaint: "You are hereby notified to appear before this court. Failure to appear as scheduled may result in a warrant being issued by the court for your arrest."

I'm going to say she better have her a$$ in court Friday morning.

I know KK's "fear" has been greatly discounted and I'm positive she was in on the planning and carry through on the crimes, BUT... I can see how PF could use his family LE connections as a threat to control her. I think he is a manipulator. She was brave enough to brag to her BFF, though, Whatever was taken from KB is what KK will be charged with disposing of. I think it may be the purse, and that might be the last dump search. I notice the dates say November 24 and November 25, so that might mean taking the purse and throwing it in a dumpster on the 24 and the phone on the 25th after sending the texts. One thing I have noticed about KK, her family and friends know she's an idiot. MOO.

That part, yes. But the punishment is only on Daily Fail, so I'm not taking it as accurate at this time.

I didn't say her fear was reasonable or that she was justified in what she did. I'm saying he could have had her believing that his LE family was protecting him and had connections with other LE that would do the same. We know he's a liar and she is obviously not very bright. MOO.

Not only that, but so terribly afraid of the supposed love of her life for years and years that she did all that. Plus she loved that man so deeply that she up and married someone else and had not one but two children with him. But he was her true love supposedly and she feared him long-distancedly (I know that's not a word) so she drove 7-800 miles one way to him to do his bidding. And then she drove back home. She needs to be under the jail right beside PF IMO. I'm so disgusted with her today. MOO.

I think it depends on the judge. Sometimes the judge sentences right away and other times they schedule a sentencing date requesting a sentencing report prior.

I thought it was the other way around - only the 24th was mentioned by the media yesterday. Now we see the actual complaint and it covers the 24th and 25th, which is disappointing because it looks like this nothing charge is all there will be for KKL. I think she is much more involved and deserves a lot more.

I personally have met a few of these soulless monsters and if PF proves to be one of them, they are beyond dangerous and predatory. Remember, when she was dealing with him, he probably had not committed an arrestable act. I personally believe she should have gone to the police for her own safety and certainly KB's. Distance, resources, and methods generally do not stop someone fixated on this type of harm. I certainly think if he could murder KB with the intent he has demonstrated; he would do the same to others.
