A couple of logistics questions. How much lead time or is there any lead time given to him or his attorney about the search? Is everything owned by his mom or would they need additional warrants for his trucks/cars/personal belongings?

They don't have to give any lead time.

The warrant would likely be for the house in which he resides and all areas in it and electronics in it that he could access. Whether his mother thinks so or not.

Purely their own discretion. They dont have to give any lead time or notification and often times none is given.

The evidence response team - how does that usually work? Do they always show up just in case, and stay there till the search is complete? Or are they only called in when it’s known they will be needed?

BREAKING: Police raid home of missing Colorado mother’s fiancé Patrick Frazee [VIDEO]
Little is known about Frazee, who had not spoken to the media and did not attend a police news conference earlier this week about Berreth’s disappearance. His lawyer said in a media statement that Frazee is cooperating with investigators and would have attended the press conference if he had been given enough notice of it.

A correspondent for ABC posted on Twitter Friday morning about an apparent police raid of Frazee’s property. According to the reporter, police are executing a search warrant connected to Berreth’s disappearance.

The Teller County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to CBS Denver that investigators are searching Frazee’s home in Florissant, which is about 15 miles from Woodland Park. The sheriff’s office reportedly said the search could take days.

It is not known exactly what investigators are looking for at Frazee’s property.

What I find most interesting is the FBI has joined the search of the property. In order for the FBI to be involved their needs to be an 'interstate aspect' to the alleged crime. (or serial killer but I dont think thats the case here) Therefore speculation that the Gooding cell tower ping being a false flag is very remote.

Protocol.

When a search is executed and the search involves looking for various kinds of evidence, there is always an evidence team, with people who are knowledgeable and experienced with collection of potential evidence. Size of team is variable, depending on what's being searched, how large, etc.

Her tiny, tiny duplex is about the size of your bathroom. She didn't have room for multiple suitcases. It would be far more obvious to her brother if her makeup wasn't taken especially if her mascara, curling wand, foundation and etc... were sitting on her bathroom counter. A beautiful woman like Kelsey would take her makeup on any vacation. She'd also take her own shampoo, hair conditioner, and curling iron. Her brother would know this.

She also would have put up the cinnamon rolls. Nobody would leave those sitting out while they went on a vacation.

Especially the last part. Very true.

Always appreciate your insight - do you think it includes his vehicle ? I am not finding that search warrants in CO are public. Anyone else?
