Thanks! I wasn't sure, I just recall also the document that stated it was seen that there was a December 12th paperwork that talked about that 5 people were caretakers for the baby, it had his signature , and KB was not one of them. I wasn't sure if that was also seized at that time.

But again, I think they did a couple of things Friday in the pressure and in the hearing to get it in the Press and to get it into mainstream media.

Number one about that and the legal stuff; and his mother's involvement and such

number two, I don't see any reason that they brought up dad with a phone other than to get that out into the media for some reason.

Not sure why, but they have been strategic from the beginning when her mother went on the presser and said that they had a loving relationship.

Definitely. In my comment, I was referring to whether KKL should have been given a plea. That forces a balance between convicting her and convicting him, assuming both did what they are accused of doing. Given that, I believe the baby's safety from a father that allegedly killed her mother (with her in the house) is paramount to getting the most time for KKL, assuming her testimony makes the critical difference. I think it does

If it was under the couch, it would be hidden and handy when he put the sweater on her head in the living room. But it got there somehow and at some point. How? When?

There could possibly be neighbor video showing him entering with a bat if that was the murder weapon. But she had a fireplace, it could have been a poker or fireplace tool as well. We only have KK's word that it was done with a bat and then burned up. Now, if he plays softball, or there is a receipt for a purchase of a bat - well that would prove it for me IMO. Does Walmart carry bats? I think they do but it's winter there - isn't it a seasonal sport?

Anybody that believes PF burned a body inside a metal feed trough obviously doesn’t have a burn barrel. KK is a liar.

I was responding to the likelihood of being able to burn a body in a container. Such as a barrel or trough. Imo it’s the only way to contain enough heat and not have left evidence imo. Steven Avery supposedly used car tires in an open fire and it still wasn’t hot enough to disintegrate bone. The only possible way is inside some thing jmo

I get the impression that after being lied to LE didn't trust her either. They indicate not letting her know of all the ping data on routes. They also knew her phone tracked with PF's and KB's. I absolutely don't trust her story and would like to see her on camera.

A burn barrel contains the fire, gets hotter, lessens smoke production. No one in a drought area is burning without a burn barrel.

It is very strange. All I can think is that she was desperate to please him and do his bidding. Low self-image or something. How it came to that, being hundreds of miles apart for many years with not a whole lot going on between them, is a mystery. It's hard to imagine how he got that hold on her and why she permitted it to happen.

I don't think there is solid proof, but they say her phone pinged in Idaho on Nov22 and 23 I believe. Was she with the phone? Great question, she had a few burners.

Again, I would really love to see her work schedule for that week. Did she work those days, was she scheduled off, did she call in sick, etc.

para 73 affidavit - trough could hold 100 gallons and was described as aluminum. I'm picturing something the animals drank out of? 5 gallons of gas and oil plus wood - wonder how hot that would get?

also, just re-read para 68 through 70- a lot of blood everywhere - including the oven mitts according to KK. She remembered a whole lot of details about this house and the blood IMO.

I was under the impression that the body was in the tote and the tote was put in the trough, covered with oil and 5 gallons of gasoline and wood.

I wouldn't have thought that was enough to destroy everything, but it should have reduced it enough for PF to 'scoop' up and dispose of, which KK says PF says he did.

Yes, the kind of detail that could reflect a very sharp eye and memory or...cellphone pictures taken for insurance in case PF threatened to turn on her at a later date.

IIRC aluminum bat - Affidavit para 62 just has coffee and pipe - I'm certain I read an aluminum bat so will keep looking.

Oops. Did I say kb? I don't think so because it sounds like it was part of an elaborate plan. Could have been kk's idea, though. They probably have been talking about different ways for months. So I'll go with kk. Total guess.
