I wonder if during the long evening before, PF made sure to invite KB to Chez Frazee for T-Day dinner, assuring she would be at home making plans and getting Baby K ready. He is meanwhile planning to kill her before the real T-Day dinner, so he has an alibi.

When he arrives at KB’s, she and Baby K are dressed up and getting ready to leave with him.

Then he attacks? Has to have a quick shower to clean himself, get the phone, not gonna make it to SF’s by 2;30 when SF2 & family arrive....

I wonder what he told SF when he showed up with Baby K but not KB. SF must have known KB was there the night before. I wonder if SF will ever tell us.

No one - not one single person- has stated that KK is not a bad person. We are all in 100% agreement there.

What has hijacked the thread is the inisistence on ignoring and/or twisting the evidence to claim that KK was the actual murderer or that PF was the unwitting and idiotic or terrified foil for a witch-like criminal mastermind who engineered the entire thing and forced PF to do her bidding.

IMO it's illogical and it has no basis in fact. Why it's happening is what we are debating. Not whether KK is an evil person. We ALL agree she is.

I am confused totally here. I agree with everything you just wrote, right down to the worrisome thought of Krystal possibly abusing Baby K, had they got away with the murder of Kelsey and they hooked up.

Many of us have the same feelings as in your above post. Why was I under the impression that you felt otherwise?

Respectfully because I think sometimes people get too charged up by their own emotion and bias and don't actually read what others are saying.

Every one of us who have attempted to refute the argument that KK was the murderer, the mastermind or as culpable as the actual murderer have clearly and repeatedly expressed our intense disgust with her and horror about what she did and who she is.

Yep. Just went back through the AA. The body was moved to Nash ranch before she’d arrived.

It's not a bag. It was a hard plastic tote, like a tool box' with silver handles (probably electro-galvanized steel). With a hard plastic lid, possibly hinged. LE has the exact description of what it was, as KKL showed them 3 more on PF's property on the 21st of December, just after his arrest. It was burned in a tank almost exactly like is shown at the link. IMO

Thank you! I knew there was more than one black tote, but info overload here for me, I had no idea where I read about it.

There is a lot of 'twinning' in this case:

- 2 guns, MG and KB
- 2 red trucks, PF and KB
- 4 possible black hard plastic totes, 1 burned and 3 at ranchette
- 2 cars known to have been used for KK's 4 trips, a rental and MG's VW Passat; other 2 trips unknown
- 3 bludgeoning weapon possibilities, metal pipe or rod, aluminum baseball bat, wooden baseball bat
- 2 BFF's of KK in Idaho, MG and MS, not to mention recipient of stolen gun MP
- 2 things left by rear of KB's Toyota Corolla, PF's black tote with body and KK's bloody trash bags, not to mention the 2 KB socks in the trunk
- too many phones to count

Just pointing out, and there's probably more.

What makes this case all the much more sad:
my interpretation only!

It seems to me PF wooed KB they started up a relationship, he was the classic sheep in wolves clothing.

PF made her promises that he knew he wouldn't keep, Their own ranch out in the country he would make big money etc.

Perfect house perfect family and so on.

He gets her pregnant, she asks for a commitment and rightfully so.

He lies and says its going to happen I just have to make more money, prices on livestock are low etc. just give me more time.

I think his lies finally caught up to him, and KB started asking questions he couldn't lie his way out of.

PF's true colors start to show through and he realizes that he can't lead her on forever bc she wasn't buying his bs anymore.

PF decided that control of his child was worth more than her life, bc how dare she call him out on his lies.

PF starts to look for away to eliminate her and save face and protect his property(his child).

That my friends is a true scocialpath/pyschopath and the heart of this sad reality.

I think thats pretty close to what this whole case boils down to IMO

Especially even more tragic, as I think KB was worth more than a million PF's

ETA: I think KK was a mere convenience to pf, somebody that he knew was obsessed with him and would do anything to be with him.

I think back to when KB first went missing and not only was both PF and SF silent and no help in helping to find KB's whereabouts but when CB was asked in an interview if she had gotten to see her grandchild she said no. This was all while she was looking for KB.

Nothing but silence from the F camp.

Then on the day of PF arrest it sure looked like he was attempting to flee the home with help.

Then when CB finally tried to get temporary custody we see immediate counter actions from the F camp to try to get their own custody.

Then during a hearing we hear how KK said that SF saw the fire that PF and KK were doing to burn KB's body.

I dont trust any of them. And I think we are lucky the baby is safe right now. And I hope CB has good security to keep the baby safe.

Since we established many, many threads ago, that it is not against the law to know about someone planning a crime and doing nothing about it.. Does the same go for knowing after and saying nothing? Will SF face any kind of charges do you think?

Again, Investigator Slater introduced a photograph of the row of haystacks, in the barn, viewed from above. The stack KKL identified clearly had a darker spot where the tote had been. As MassGuy explained, hay is organic material. When pressed in the weight of plastic like that, it releases moisture which begins the molding / rotting process under the tote. As soon as it is exposed to the air again, the mold /rot dies and turns black. KKL described PF using a tractor to retrieve it, which we believe was similar to the picture.

Nash Ranch can be located on Google Earth by searching for "Dave Nash Ranch, Guffey, Colorado". It is very remote, and in the general locale of PF's Forfest Service High Altitude Cattle Grazing leased land. IMO

Exactly. We talked so much about the cinnamon rolls in the beginning, but as I said then, they were a clue. Because nobody who is planning a week-long trip would leave freshly baked, yummy cinnamon rolls behind, nor would anyone leave them uncovered once they had cooled. KK could have packed KB's suitcase, threw in some clothes and makeup, drove her car a ways, pushed it off a cliff, and then called PF to drive her back. There were two evil-doers, both too stupid to set up an alibi. Just unreal. MOO

I think if that was the case we sleuthers would be where we were 2 weeks ago knowing nothing and speculating on everything!
