Fortunately, it's even more rare for snow to stay long. But it could be a gross, wet mess. Maybe someone nearer to Fountain can speak to how much snow they got. CO Springs had 6-7", Pueblo had less than 2, and the landfill is sort of in the middle of those locations. The weather was really made worse by the wind more than the snow. Gusts up to 100 mph with sustained winds at 50mph in places. So there were bad road conditions. So once the wind leaves, it shouldn't be long until business as usual, I hope!

PF never named CB to care for baby K--but instead two unknowns ?
Was there a past thread that discussed this ? Will go and look for it... but the first person to care for Kelsey's daughter (in case of PF's absence/injury/other) should've been Kelsey's mother, CB.
 
Wow I hadn't read the civil petition by the B's vs PF. Boy if you believe what is stated in there by the B's, (which I do!) Boy did PF make a lot of dumb and conflicting statements to CB and brother CB.

asked him if everything was “okay”. Frazee responded with “here’s the story…” and proceeded.

During that same December 2, 2018 call, when CB pressed for

Yup. His lies are going to come back and bite him in the *advertiser censored*, along with the rest of it.

CB is going to be compelling as hell on the witness stand, and it’ll be poetic justice if she is able to bury the murderer of her daughter.

Classy.^^^

Starting from being at the hospital when the baby was born, and possibly before that.
CB will never be able to hear her daughter's voice, nor give her a hug.
She deserves her day in court !!!

Speaking of fishing.. PF sent one of his fake texts to Kelsey saying he was going to Lake George. I think it was on 11/23.
I am stretching my imagination here, but could there be any possibility he really went there, and dumped her body there? Could he be that dumb to reveal the actual spot in a text?

Yes, I think his stupidity is firmly established.

That being said, I don’t think it’s likely.

I recall that he wanted KK to take the body back to Idaho with her, and I believe this conversation happened in person.

That would make the date of this conversation, the 24th.

I do believe he burned her, as KK has no reason to lie about this, and PF had no reason to deceive her in this regard.

She was up to her neck in this already.

Thanks MassGuy, as soon as I posted that I thought how rhetorical that was. Lol. Glad you cleared that up, it’s been bothering me since I saw Lake George mentioned. And I can’t locate the warrant I saw it in for the date. Since it’s late, I figured I’d throw the idea out there, then duck and run..

Yeah. This guy is fully capable of pulling a Scott Peterson, and throwing the body dump site out there.

It doesn’t mean he didn’t return to that area and dump her, but I do think they are searching the landfill for a good reason.

If they do find remains, I don’t think they’ll be able to keep it a secret.

The thinking is that there is no third woman.

Chris Spargo (the author of that article) makes PF look like an absolute genius.

I do not say that lightly.

He appears to have misinterpreted one of those warrant documents.

Or more likely, misinterpreted a misinterpretation of those documents on some Facebook group.

There has never been any indication from law enforcement that another woman is involved in this.

ETA: In one of those documents, both of KK’s phone numbers are mentioned. One of those numbers, when run through reverse phone number lookup, comes back to KK and another woman.

Regardless, both phone numbers were used by KK.

I think it is repeated in several warrants, but it is in the chart of PF's cell phone dump of texts, SW112, page 25 of 28.

PF text to KB 11/23 Friday at 15:13PM:
"How is shopping going? We're going to go trim then cake over in Lake George."

IMO 'trim' here means trim some animal hooves.

It was important to him for an unknown reason. It maybe important as well, at least to WSers, if the baby seat (yes!) and the baby (questionable) were seen in Walmart (not only in the parking lot) at 13:00h.

What PF did have in mind, Idk. It is clear, it was something specific in re to hamper the investigation, IMO.

Yeah, I can’t think of much of an angle here.

The only thing I can think of, is if he knew he had been captured on KB’s neighbor’s surveillance camera, returning to the house.

Perhaps he was hoping that he could wiggle out of this, by shifting the timeline of the pickup.

This still doesn’t explain away the Walmart surveillance footage, which would have posed the biggest risk to him.

Hopefully someone else has an idea here.
