Fortunately, it's even more rare for snow to stay long. But it could be a gross, wet mess. Maybe someone nearer to Fountain can speak to how much snow they got. CO Springs had 6-7", Pueblo had less than 2, and the landfill is sort of in the middle of those locations. The weather was really made worse by the wind more than the snow. Gusts up to 100 mph with sustained winds at 50mph in places. So there were bad road conditions. So once the wind leaves, it shouldn't be long until business as usual, I hope!I hope it's only a couple days,and the snow doesn't hang around.
