Well that was the saddest thing I've ever looked through.

Side note - one of her posts shows that they bought $1200 of toys for Bella for only $200 at a consignment shop.

So much for all her overspending on designer things.

Bella was born in December, right before 2014. The Watts declared Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2015. IMO the overspending had probably already happened & credit cards were maxed out. We know per the filing they were in terrible debt, and they had to get in pretty bad shape in order to file. The consignment store shopping is probably indicative of this. JMO

SW had previously told her, SW will need NUA's support.
We may hear, loads more, in conversations between the two, at the trial.
She is intuitive, as she did call the Police, and disregarded CW's lies.

I apologize. I don't have the ability to be on here all day and read every post. You asked if everyone who confesses is guilty. I asked if you think SW strangled herself. Or perhaps you think someone else did.

IIRC, the discussion was regarding CW being guilty already of the felonies he confessed to the police. You then questioned in response whether everyone who had confessed to something has been found guilty of it (summarizing here). I asked you whether you thought perhaps CW lied or was wrong when he confessed then and I received no response. Perhaps you can clarify what you meant as it relates to this case so we do not misunderstand your point?

Everyone has been quite polite.

How do you know certain posts weren’t reported? I believe Tricia had to make posts several times about showing respect to VIs, scrolling & rolling if you don’t agree, and of course NutGate.
I think we may have different definitions of what is polite.

Not - I completely disagree VI "attacked" for liking CW! I believe many people love CW, and trying to come to terms with what they didn't know about him. VI's are very valuable to this site, and recognized as such. I also don't believe Tricia's scroll and roll ever directed at VI posts!

Trinket was not attacked. People would've gotten in incredible trouble for that and many of us would've reported such posts.

Not being able to give much weight to someone who is anonymous, gives no context to their relationship, made several statements indicating to most of us an intense dislike of SW and a relationship close enough with CW as they stated they knew about the AP "from the beginning", is not attacking.

I saw no one who wasn't polite to Trinket.

I think sometimes people confuse disagreement with an attack.

Everyone went out of their way to be polite. I asked 3 or 4 times for clarification of the statement that he/she knew about CW+AP from the beginning. I asked, "when was that"? I know a VI has no requirement to answer anything at all, so I quit asking. However a few days later she/he said that was not what they really meant to say. Paraphrased. It's up to each of us to evaluate the information we see posted. (IMO)

IMHO this is another case of a woman being murdered because she announced she was leaving her partner. I think he killed the kids first, to hurt her, and possibly intended to make it murder-suicide but chickened out. After he had a couple of minutes to realize what he had done, he went into damage-control (by then having decided he still wanted to live after all) and went about trying to hide the bodies as well as he could, in the time he had.

I agree with most of what you say, except I don't think that he *ever* intended to commit suicide. I think his reason for murdering SW and the toddlers was because he wanted freedom. MOO.

Has every person who confessed to a crime been convicted of said crime?

Not every person who 'confesses' is sane. Some disturbed people will come forward and confess to random or high profile crimes, maybe just for the attention or some illogical reason.

Not every person who confesses is guilty. Some people will confess to crimes to cover for the real killer. Or they might confess because they are intimidated by the police and the pressure the interrogation.

But I don't see that CW falls in any of the above categories. He was the one who disposed of the bodies=FACT.

He and SW were the only ones present when the first 2 babies were strangled=FACT.

He was the only one present when the last 2 family members were strangled=FACT.

So it appears that this is a valid, credible confession.

Could Shan’ann’s family possibly take legal action relating to this?

Do we know anything about any life insurance policies for Shan’ann or the girls?

CW has not been found guilty of any crime, and if/when that day comes, there are laws in every state that will prevent CW from profiting from SW death. Until then, taking a page from Laci P murder, SW family has every right to file a wrongful death lawsuit against CW (to protect her estate and life insurance), and I trust they've been advised to do so at their earliest convenience. MOO
